With the midterms closing in, the Supreme Court's new term is shaping up to be a consequential one. In the first of a two-part episode of The Sidley Podcast, host and partner Samir A. Gandhi sits down with Kwaku Akowuah, co-leader of our Supreme Court, Appellate, and Litigation Strategies practice, and Tobias Loss-Eaton, who won a unanimous Supreme Court decision this spring.
