  • Happening in one hour!!

Today we get a sneak peek… The incredibly funny and brilliant Henna Pryor, CSP joins us at noon for a live and interactive fireside chat about her soon to be released book “The Signal Gap”. I’m excited for the book release on November 10th and I’m very pumped to chop it up today with Henna. P.S. We might even talk about her appearance with Michael Strahan on “$100,000 Pyramid”

Turning down potential members is probably my least favorite thing to do. But it might be my most important job. The wrong members water down the experience. They dilute the magic. Thats nonnegotiable. We have to get better with each member. That’s one of the reasons we’re capping membership at probably 900. I refuse to trade impact for income. It’s not worth it and I’m not trying to sound dramatic but I think it’s irresponsible. Building something world class is a ton of fun but it also comes with stuff that kinda sucks. Saying no way more than you say yes is my job and it’s the reason we’ve built something pretty cool together. 📸 2 of our paddles finest, Ricki Pasinelli & Lyndsay Dowd

Being part of a community that wants to see you excel in every single way is what being in The Outlier Project means. I often say we just do life differently. We’re focused on the person in front of us. How can we support them in their journey? Whether they’re an executive or an entrepreneur, it’s about more than networking. It’s about building something greater and having fun while doing it. We just don’t BS our way through life in this room. We rise over and over again even when it’s hard. When I received this award, I was in the depths of creating the Warrior Defined men’s event with Trevor M.. There were some hard moments we faced - Yet we did it👏🏼 And when you’re in the middle of those moments, having someone say, “Candice, you’re doing a freaking amazing job. Keep going,” hits you a little differently. Sometimes, that encouragement helps you see what you’re building again, especially when you’ve been so deep in the work that you’ve lost sight of how far you’ve come. I’m grateful I chose to invest in this community. That investment has returned to me many times over through connection, support, friendship, and people who truly want to see each other succeed. I’m honored to be recognized. And even more grateful to do life alongside amazing humans! Find your people😆🙌🏼 Scott MacGregor Kathy Love P.S. yes… I’m hosting a Power Hour next month😆👏🏼

  • The people of The Outlier Project, back for another round! One of the best things about this community? You never quite know who you're going to meet. People from different industries, with different perspectives, experiences, and stories to share. Some have taken the traditional route. Others have made a few unexpected turns along the way. But that's what makes the connections here so interesting. Different journeys. Shared curiosity. One community full of Outlier energy. #TheOutlierProject #Community #Network #Leaders #Entrepreneurs #Connection Rachel Druckenmiller, CSP® Eric Silverman Adam W. “I literally would trust the guy with my ATM code.” A client said that about me on camera. And he wasn’t talking about the app I built him. Scott MacGregor runs The Outlier Project community of about 600 people in 34 countries, and they couldn’t find each other. He’d already talked to a few builders about fixing it. In his words, they were either “difficult to work with” or the solution was “overly complex.” That’s when I put my hand up, not as a vendor but as a member. I got the problem because I had it too. I was one of the 600, looking for my people. So I built Top Connector. You type what you’re looking for, whether it’s angel investment or someone who wants to do a TEDx, and it finds the people in the community who fit. Plenty of people can build a matching tool. What Scott couldn’t find was someone he’d trust with what really matters in his business. That trust was built long before I wrote a line of code, when we were just two members of the same community. Scott, thank you for trusting me with your people. And to every client who’s handed me an idea and trusted me to make it real, man, I love you for it.

  • Stay tuned to see where we're headed in 2027!!

Outlier energy… It’s not the person working 100-hour weeks or posting about their 4 a.m. routine. It’s quieter than that. It’s the person who: ▪️Asks a better question than everyone else in the room ▪️Is comfortable being misunderstood ▪️Builds the life first, then the business that fits inside it ▪️Surrounds themselves with people who raise the bar You can’t fake it. But you can recognize it. And once you’re around enough of it, it becomes contagious. Who’s the person in your life with the most outlier energy?
