When AI starts blurring the lines between product, design, research, and engineering, whose job is it anyway? That was one of the questions on the table at Flux Convergence in London, where our own Caroline Vize hosted a conversation with Hazal Muhtar, Frances Ibe, and Helen Durrant on what leadership and influence look like as roles and responsibilities continue to shift. More than 100 product, design, and UX leaders came together at the Barbican to compare notes, challenge assumptions, and talk honestly about navigating that change. We’re proud to continue supporting Flux and the community they’ve built for women in UX and design leadership. 💛

UserTesting has rebranded as Auros, casting itself as “the human network behind AI” as it expands from customer-experience research into AI training and evaluation for large enterprises and the labs building frontier models. CEO Eric Johnson tells me its vetted network has grown from about 1.5 million people to more than 7.5 million in two years. "They might need a cancer doctor, they might need a wealth manager, and they struggle to find those people," Johnson says. "We're effectively like the Uber of providing humans for feedback. We have a two sided marketplace and we have a bunch of technology that does it." A new tool, ARQ, scores AI agents across five dimensions, and customer demand is outrunning supply.
