One of the things I’m proudest of at Walmart is how our people show up when a community needs help. We’ve seen it through wildfires, hurricanes and tornadoes. Again and again, our associates find ways to take care of their neighbors. A lot of that work is never seen. It starts long before a disaster. It’s getting stores and clubs ready and planning for what people may need. It’s also knowing the local leaders and organizations we can work alongside.
