Nicholas Le and I from Wingman Law (YC F26) spent the evening celebrating exemplary members of the judiciary at the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association Judges Gala 2026. It was a pleasure meeting Hon. Christine Van Aken and other outstanding trial attorneys around the city. We are inspired by their commitment to justice and reminded of the responsibility we carry in our own work, standing up for people whose lives have been disrupted by an injury.

Wingman Law (YC F26) is heading to Law-Di-Gras! 🍻 ⚖️ We are a personal injury firm based in San Francisco, and we’re excited to meet fellow legal professionals! Between Nicholas Le and I, we’ve worked in plaintiff PI, insurance defense, and Am Law 100s. We’ve also built and sold legal tech to law firms of all kinds. So we have a few crazy stories and a lot of opinions on legaltech. Future collaborators, referral partners, friends I hope to see you there. 👋

We’re excited to serve and support our neighbors throughout San Francisco and the Bay Area!
This is a car you do not want to hit 😅 We are a personal injury law firm built on the principle that cases should not depend on people remembering what to do. Personal injury firms have some of the hardest-working people in the legal industry: case managers, paralegals, and intake staff grinding through enormous caseloads. But due to outdated systems, the business model often depends on piling more work onto relatively low-paid staff while the lawyers at the top capture most of the profits. A client’s case should not depend on one overworked person remembering the next step. Wingman Law (YC F26) serves SF and the Bay Area. Spot our not-so-subtle car in your neighborhood🌇

Wingman Law (YC F26) reposted this
Today, Sunwoo Lee and I are opening Wingman Law (YC F26), an AI-native personal injury law firm joining Y Combinator’s F26 batch. At Wingman, we are building America’s next-generation personal injury law firm. By building technology in-house specifically for how our firm operates, we can manage cases more efficiently and deliver a higher standard of client service. The Bay Area is deeply personal to both of us. I previously worked at plaintiff-side personal injury and insurance defense firms here, while Sunwoo earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees at Stanford before returning to the Bay Area after graduating from Harvard Law. We’re proud to now serve clients in this community, while also welcoming opportunities to help people across California as we work toward expanding nationwide. We’re deeply grateful to everyone who helped us get here. We’re also excited for what’s ahead and welcome any introductions to people we may be able to help.
