We're proud to partner with Puerto Rico’s Department of Education (DEPR) as it expands bilingual instruction across its schools. DEPR’s progressive immersion model shifts from 80% Spanish instruction in kindergarten toward an even English-Spanish balance by third grade—creating a unique planning challenge for teachers across grades and subjects. Through a train-the-trainer professional learning model, 21 instructional coaches prepared 350 teachers in math, English language arts, science, special education, and STEM.
