The Brand Spotlight Series continues with ADR Support, the operational partner behind independent neutrals. ADR Support serves solo neutrals and small panels who want a full professional operation behind them, sized to their practice. Co-Founders David H. Salmon and Darren Lee built it to put an entire operating team around each neutral - case management, billing, marketing, and more. The premise is simple: you mediate, we do the rest. "We've built an entirely new business model that lets dozens of busy solo mediators and smaller panel firms across the country stay focused on settling cases, while our team handles case administration, billings and collections, and marketing." - Darren Lee, Co-Founder, ADR Support Today ADR Support shows Accordia Group can serve dispute resolution at every scale, from large ADR panels to independent neutrals. The Supreme Court has held that failure by an RTM company to serve a qualifying tenant with a notice of invitation to participate did not invalidate its right to manage claim. The court distinguished substantive conditions governing entitlement under the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002 from procedural requirements governing the acquisition process, holding that the latter are not ordinarily grounds for a landlord’s counter-notice. The decision significantly restricts procedural objections to RTM claims, while leaving scope for exceptions where the objector is sufficiently connected with, or prejudiced by, the procedural failure. Its reasoning may also affect challenges under analogous statutory property regimes, including collective enfranchisement. Justin Bates KC and Sophie Gibson acted for Avon Freeholds Ltd. ➡️ Click here to read the article on the LexisNexis website (paywalled): https://lnkd.in/eGXn-V7t #PropertyLaw #Leasehold #Property

A mandat exclusif isn't just a legal detail, it's often what decides how much real effort goes into selling a property. 🔑 Agents working under an exclusive mandate can commit real marketing budget and strategy, because they're not competing with five other agents for the same listing. That's worth discussing with sellers early, not after the first month with no results. #SNPI #SNPIGlobal #FrenchRealEstate #RealEstateAgent

This is the point of FRANK Corporate. It is not about putting another brand between the brokerage and its brokers. It is about making the existing relationship stronger. The agency stays visible. The broker stays under your brand. FRANK sits underneath as infrastructure. Your name. Your licence. Your brokers. Your clients. Your deals. FRANK underneath. #FRANKCorporate #DubaiRealEstate #BrokerageLeadership

Partners at rival accountancy practices went to the same three universities, sat the same exams, and charge the exact same fee bands. So when a 90-person firm rebrands, the default move is the differentiation workshop. An expensive offsite to invent a clever positioning line that finally separates them from forty competitors within an hour's drive. That is where rebrand budgets go to die. https://lnkd.in/gDnzsYT3

The most valuable hours in your practice are the ones you can't bill for. Next week, a room of ADVOS Pro licensees are stepping out of client work for an afternoon to work on their own business, together, in our quarterly strategic planning session. Blocking three hours for that may feel indulgent. The instinct that says the real work is always the client work is the same instinct that keeps a practice stuck. When something in your business needs to change: the pricing, the offer, the direction, when does it actually get your attention? For most owners, it's when it breaks. The lawyers who put this time on their calendar and protect it, quarter after quarter, are doing more for their firms than any single matter will. Our quarterly strategic planning session runs September 22, 2 to 5 pm EST, and is included with the ADVOS Pro License. What would an afternoon on your business, instead of in it, be worth to you right now? #StrategicPlanning #LawFirmGrowth #LegalPricing Gwen Griggs, JD, CEPA® Whitney Harper, JD, CEPA® Sarah Stroscio

Trademark or service mark—which one does your business need? The difference is simpler than it sounds: A trademark identifies the goods your business makes or sells, such as software, beverages, or publications. A service mark identifies the services your business provides, such as retail, restaurant, or telecommunications services. And neither is quite the same as a trade name, which identifies the business itself and is generally registered with the local government where the business operates. In Georgia, trademark and service mark applications are filed with the Secretary of State’s Corporations Division. The filing fee is $15, is non-refundable, and covers the examination of the application. Choosing the right type of protection is a small but important step in building a recognizable brand.
