Congratulations. Number one on the Big 50 again is a distribution result on paper. From where I sit it looks like a people result. I spend my time with facilities, housekeeping and engineering teams. The thing I keep noticing is your reps. When a customer raises a problem, the rep is usually the first person asked about it, and the answer almost always sits with somebody else. The good ones ask where it is strongest and when it started, write the answer down, and carry it back to the people who can act on it. That is not product knowledge. That is listening, and customers notice. Congratulations to the whole team.
