    A mission I remind myself of constantly, is to ensure we make things a little bit better for customers and patients every day. To make those positive impacts, we’re always looking for new ways to make medication access (and healthcare overall) easier for customers. Amazon Pharmacy Kiosks are one example, making it possible for customers to pick up medications within minutes of a medical appointment, with clinical pharmacist support available throughout the process. Very proud that Amazon Pharmacy Kiosk was named to TIME's Best Inventions of 2026—and grateful to the team making it easier for customers to leave their medical appointment with medication in hand - without a separate trip to the pharmacy. #TIMEBestInventions https://lnkd.in/gcbXSHiP

    If you thought about healthcare like a normal person - you’d think… “when I’m not feeling well, I want to know what to do, where to go and how to get better”.  LOL - but obviously that’s not how it has worked.  I had a chance to sit down with my friend Tanvi Patel, VP and GM of Amazon Pharmacy, to talk about our new integration and why speed and transparency matter so much at every step of care.  What it does: when patients book a visit on Solv, they can see in real time when their prescription could arrive, including same-day delivery in 3,100+ U.S. cities. If they choose Amazon Pharmacy, that preference flows straight into the provider’s EHR.   No unnecessary extra steps for the staff -- we built it to disappear into the workflow, because the best tools for providers are the ones they don’t have to think about. So simple, and so great. Now patients can get seen today, check in before they arrive, know what they’ll pay, and leave knowing exactly when their prescription will show up. An end to end experience that just makes sense. That’s what we call the connected complete care journey.
