Before heading back to the classroom, our offices welcomed some very special visitors! Clune wrapped up summer by celebrating Bring Your Kid to Work Day in our offices across the country. From job site tours and hands-on activities to learning more about what their parents do each day, our future builders got a behind-the-scenes look at life in construction. It was a fun-filled day of learning, exploring, and making memories - the perfect way to end summer before heading back to school! We loved having the next generation of Team Clune join us for the day!

This beautiful office in downtown Chicago balances open workspaces for collaboration, privacy for heads-down work and comfort for pockets of relaxation. This space was tailored to support collaboration and flexibility, integrating modern finishes and refined architectural detailing like a preserved moss wall, custom millwork backdrops and integrated backlighting. Guided by our core value of collaboration, our project teams worked in tandem with our clients to execute every custom detail under an aggressive schedule with three major holidays throughout. "The schedule was our biggest obstacle to overcome, but through diligence, coordination with the client and architect and prioritization of material tracking and delivery, we were able to overcome the schedule concerns and deliver a beautiful space to a happy client." When people enter this space, they'll be grabbed by unique design elements, bright finishes and open workspaces all working together to create an atmosphere that invites people to work well with one another. #ChicagoConstruction #OfficeConstruction Photos © Brandon Stengel

Last week, Clune had the opportunity to celebrate the groundbreaking of ERMCO's 500,000-square-foot industrial facility down in Arizona! The project will expand and enhance the existing manufacturing facility, supporting ERMCO's continued growth and operations. Key improvements include the construction of new office and testing spaces, new electrical infrastructure to support manufacturing equipment, new APS power transformers, a standby generator, process tanks, pump and chiller equipment, dust collection systems and a new shade structure for truck drivers. We are excited to be part of this milestone and look forward to seeing this project take shape!

An office with "wow" factor. Our San Francisco team completed this full-floor buildout in the iconic One Market Plaza building downtown. Our partners at Colliers wanted an elevated experience for their clients, so their office features a custom reception area with high-end millwork and lighting framed by a breathtaking view of the ferry building and Bay Bridge. There is plenty of spaces to get some work done in various meeting rooms, open office space and a podcast room. One of our teams' favorite elements to bring to life was the floating bar with a mirrored ceiling. "The mirrored ceiling required careful coordination and execution, but it became a standout design feature that adds depth, energy and a unique visual impact throughout the space. Paired with the bar below, it creates a striking focal point that enhances the overall experience and serves as one of the most memorable gathering spaces in the office." We hope that people feel an intentional and elevated experience when stepping into this space. The combination of panoramic city and waterfront views, natural light and thoughtfully integrated design elements create a memorable experience that elevates the workplace beyond a typical office. As you move throughout the space there is a seamless connection between the interior design and the surrounding skyline, creating an atmosphere that's welcoming but sophisticated. #SanFranciscoConstruction #InPursuitofYourPerfectProject #OfficeConstruction
