I recently joined Forbes' C-Suite Unscripted podcast. Host Maggie McGrath and I had a thoughtful conversation covering numerous topics, including how AI is reshaping professional work and how our own colleagues are putting these tools to work every day.  We closed the conversation with the point that matters most: the importance of our customers.  At Thomson Reuters, we hold ourselves to a simple standard: obsess over our customers. That means starting with their goals, building what helps them deliver for their clients, and investing where it makes their work better.  I try to speak with a customer every day to understand, firsthand, the state of the professions we serve and where firms see real opportunity.
