What stood out to us at TP Minds London 2026? One statistic from TP Minds London sparked an interesting discussion: one in four companies have never seriously considered an APA. A few years ago, that may have been a reasonable decision. APAs were often viewed as time-consuming and resource-intensive. Today, the landscape is changing. Tax authorities are increasing their focus on transfer pricing, MAP cases continue to grow, and Pillar Two is bringing additional scrutiny to intercompany pricing. As a result, many companies are reassessing how much certainty they need and how best to manage transfer pricing risk. The question is no longer just whether an APA is worth considering, but whether companies truly understand their transfer pricing risks. What are you seeing in your organisation? #svalneratlas
