We're hiring a Customer Success Lead! Giga's real-time voice AI runs production customer experience for some of the world's largest enterprises. Every one of those contracts carries a usage commitment - and we're hiring the person who owns getting every customer to it, and past it. This is the first hire in a function we intend to build. You'd carry a number across a book of ~10 production customers, quarterback the timeline between our Forward Deployed Engineers and Enterprise Sales, and report directly to the CEO. You won't inherit a playbook - you'll write it, and show us what customer success looks like at 30 customers. We're looking for someone with 5+ years in CS or technical account management at a consumption-priced company, who reads usage data themselves and has taken a customer from go-live to full value on a commit. $200–250K OTE + equity. If you'd rather ship a ramp plan this week than perfect a QBR deck, we'd love to hear from you.

We’re #hiring a Chief of Staff. Giga's real-time voice AI now powers customer experience for some of the world's largest enterprises. We're at a genuine inflection point - and nearly all of the strategic and operational weight still sits with one person: our CEO. Board prep, planning rhythms, fundraising support, and the cross-functional projects that determine whether the next 12 months go fast or slow. You'd be the CEO's thought partner and force multiplier - not a coordinator, and not a title-collector. We're looking for someone with 3–7 years of real slope in BizOps, strategy, or operator roles, who's AI-native and writes with precision. We index on what you've owned and the delta you created, not your résumé. If you want to be in the room where the company gets built, we'd love to hear from you.

4th event of our FDE Community "The Frontline Forum". We will have a panel featuring James da Costa (Partner, Andreessen Horowitz), Paul Staelin (CCO, Relevance AI), Augustin Tsang (FDE, Giga), Tyler D'Silva (Founding FDE, Retell). Happens on 46th floor of the Salesforce Tower. This Thursday evening 5:00pm onwards. The key topic is "FDE Economics" - let's hear from the panel on how the model scales, how they look at ROI of the function, how they are pricing (or not) FDE engagements, and more. Last call - please register today if you haven't already. Don't miss it if you run an FDE team! Link in the comments!

Scheduled callbacks are now live on Giga voice agents. A customer says they cannot talk right now, then tells you when they can. That time is the most useful thing the call produces, and it usually becomes a note on a ticket that joins a queue for somebody to work through later. The agent can now book that callback during the conversation. It takes the time the person named, books it, says the booked time back on the call, and places the call itself at that time. The call goes out from its own outbound number, so nobody has to read a phone number out or write one down. The booked call has its own transcript, analytics, and post-call extraction, and it is linked back to the call that created it. Whatever you already measure, the callback is in it. The agent calls once. It does not become a cadence that keeps dialing until somebody picks up.

Welcome to the team Abhimanyu Aditya!

Very excited to join Giga as Head of Forward Deployed Engineering. Giga is past the “does this work?” phase. Our customers include DoorDash, Postman, Toast, Flex, and Capital.com. The product works, and now it is all about execution and scale. The company is fully AI-native. Our agents are built by agents. We’re not sure that is meta enough yet. :) Our forward deployment engineers own customer outcomes end to end. They solve enterprise customer-support use cases by building best-in-class multimodal, omni-channel agents. Now it’s about doing it faster and better — across customers and use cases —while turning field signal into product direction and championing the customer inside the building. My focus: building a lean FDE organization with rigorous engineering practices behind it. We have a strong engineering culture, one of the most beautiful corners of San Francisco, and the hours feel like minutes. A lot to build with Esha Dinne, Varun Vummadi and the rest of the fantastic team!

What's your favorite hold music? Simplicity by Macroform? Opus No. 1 by Tim Carleton? (🧵 your favorites) As much as rocking out to a fuzzy soundtrack of elevator music interrupted by reminders of how important my call is aligns perfectly to how I want to interface with support — I think we can do better. What if someone just answered? What if having a consistently unexpectedly high volume of calls didn't matter? What if I got a competent voice instantly? What if they had context of my entire relationship with the company and I didn't repeat my birthdate and address? I could get in, out, and on with my life. I'm hiring designers Giga to design a whole new way to support your customers. Join me. https://lnkd.in/gRC6FBQA

Introducing Scout in Slack. Every dashboard eventually leads to a Slack thread. Whether its containment dropping, CSAT falling, or escalations spiking - there's always a thread with your team. Finally someone asks: "Can someone look into this?" That's why we built Scout for Slack. Mention Scout in a thread and it investigates the metric for you. ➡️ Reads the conversations behind the number. ➡️ Finds the patterns driving the change. ➡️ Identifies the workflow responsible and recommends a fix. ➡️ Estimates the customer impact and validates the change before deployment. Dashboards tell you what changed. Scout tells you why. Find out more in the comments ⬇️

Introducing the Giga CLI. Everything you can do in the Giga console, you can now do from your terminal. pip install giga-sdk Your agent's behavior lives in a git repo. Every change is a commit. Validate locally, test in CI, deploy, and roll back like any other production system. What this unlocks: ➡️ Knowledge base automation. A GitHub Action that runs 'giga kb upload' on every release, so your agent's knowledge tracks your changelog automatically. ➡️ Bulk analysis. 'giga tickets download' pulls conversation transcripts at scale so your team can mine failure patterns offline. ➡️ A tool surface for coding agents. Any agent that can run shell commands can now operate Giga. Our own agent Scout already works this way. ➡️ CI-gated agent deploys. 'giga validate && giga tests run --gate' as a required check before any change merges. Available now on PyPI. Link in the comments to learn more.

Introducing Scout. Tell it the KPI you care about, and it works on that number for you. How it works: Name the KPI in plain English. For a bank or fintech that might be funded deposits, the money new customers actually put in after an agent reaches them. Set a target and how often to recompute. Scout builds the agents that work toward your goal. No multi-quarter rollout to get started. It learns from every conversation, especially the ones a human rep had to step into, and finds what the rep did that the agent could not. It tests each change. Wording and policy changes run on a slice of traffic and ship on their own. Anything that touches real money routes to your team with the evidence attached. It keeps improving that number on its own. The KPI climbs, you approve the rollout, and if one of its own connections breaks, Scout catches it and ships the fix. You set the goal. Scout gets you there.
