This week, we're spotlighting Lauren Rogers, our Vice President of Operations, who has been helping lead and strengthen our Operations team for the past 2.5 years.
Lauren is passionate about building teams, solving complex challenges, and creating processes that make a meaningful impact for both employees and clients. She believes the client experience is the team's guiding light, but some of her most rewarding moments come from watching her team deliver exceptional projects and helping other businesses succeed.
Fun fact: Lauren's boys would describe her as equal parts the most serious parent and the parent most likely to randomly break out into song. She loves keeping everyone on their toes! 🎶
When she's not at work, you'll find Lauren spending time with her family, trying new restaurants, or tackling ambitious home projects. Lately, she's been on a mission to create a European-inspired backyard—while accepting that her hydrangeas are staying in pots after losing one too many aloe plants. She also spends countless hours cheering on her two sons, Carter and Eli, whether it's soccer, swimming, or baseball. Watching them grow and pursue their passions is one of her greatest joys.
If she could travel anywhere tomorrow, she'd head to Europe, soaking in beautiful scenery, incredible food, and charming cities. Venice at night and Florence during the day are among her favorite travel memories.
One of Lauren's favorite quotes is: "Pressure is a privilege." It's a reminder to embrace challenges and view them as opportunities to grow.
