Last week I enabled the Litespeed Cache on a client’s site (their web host uses Litespeed servers) and ever since, none of the forms created using Contact Form 7 are submitting. There is no error message. I fill out the form, click submit, after a few seconds the form reloads with no message (neither an error message nor a success message) and I’ve confirmed with the client that they did not receive the submission.

Interestingly, the contact form I created within Elementor works fine.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks!

@cturcotte I see there is a JS error about captcha api key is not correct.
You can check the error in browser developer tools.

Also, please send a report to LiteSpeed. This can be done from LSC => Toolbox => Report => click on “Send to Litespeed”. A report ID will be generated and please share the ID.

    Thank you

Hello and thank you for your quick response. The report # is ROOOLOHH. Also with regard to the recaptcha API, I tried going into Page Optimizations > JS Settings to exclude both the gstatic.com originating domain and the JS file itself from caching, but there is no JS Excludes box.

    Best,

    Cynthia
