Handbook updates

Amalgamating information in different places on updating tasks to the marketing team handbook.

• August 2021, discussion in make teams reps group on slack which referenced a handbook guidance post from the documentation team. This may be useful to link from and to use / adapt for future marketing team handbook updates.

A spreadsheet was also referenced which could possibly be used as a template, and was used for HelpHub updates. If there is a common template sheet, the marketing one and old Trello card could be amalgamated into a new adapted template sheet. The link to then be posted in this GitHub and the old cards and sheets archived/ deleted.
