Global Blocked/Pending Messages?

Hi I wonder if you could do same thing to make other two filters: message for blocked user and pending users like you did with authorizer_email_approved_users_body filter for welcome message?

That way I don’t have to edit on each sites. We’re running Multisite WordPress.
