Shop with Points - Amazon Visa rewards points

Shop with Points allows you to redeem your Amazon Visa rewards points at Amazon.com. You can use points to pay for an order at Amazon.com in the same way that you would use any other payment method.

If you want to use your rewards points to pay for part or all of your purchase, choose your Amazon Visa rewards points as your payment method. You can choose the amount of available points you wish to redeem. Once you've selected your payment method and applied points towards your purchase, select Continue. The rewards you apply to an eligible order will be deducted from your order total and displayed as "Rewards Points" in the Order Summary. If you don’t see rewards points, click “Change” in the Payment Method box and specify the amount of available rewards points you would like to apply towards your purchase.

You can shop for millions of items at Amazon.com using Shop with Points. Please note, however, that rewards cannot be used for all purchases at Amazon.com. Please reference our restrictions list below.

Rewards Program Agreement

Amazon Visa Cardmembers are automatically enrolled into the program. If you have not added your Amazon Visa to your Amazon.com account simply add your card here and you will be automatically enrolled.

Please contact Chase and ask to remove Shop with Points from your account. Once you unenroll from the program, you will no longer be able to see your points balance and redeem your points directly at Amazon.com. You will still be able to see your points or redeem your rewards online through Chase.com. When you unenroll, you will remove Shop with Points for all customers on the card account.

To ensure you are still enrolled in Shop with Points, go to the "Your Account" page and click "Shop with Points." You can see any enrolled Amazon Visa accounts and corresponding point balances. If you do not see your card enrolled, simply add your card here. Amazon Visa cards are auto-enrolled in Shop with Points within 24 hours of adding your card to wallet.

Orders you pay for by redeeming points must also include the Amazon Visa associated with the rewards account. The card will only be charged in the event you choose an action that increases the cost of your order above your total reward points balance, such as upgrading your shipping.

You may use your Amazon Visa or use an Amazon.com Gift Card to pay for the rest of your order.

No. You can only use points towards online Amazon.com purchases.

We cannot currently aggregate the rewards you've earned from multiple reward programs. You may register multiple rewards programs at Amazon.com; however, rewards purchases will be paired with the card associated with the rewards program. Rewards may also be combined with Amazon.com Gift Cards.

Amazon.com applies the rewards points you want to use (and that your rewards provider has approved), then the Amazon.com Gift Card by default at checkout, but that can be changed prior to completing your order if desired. Any remaining balance will be charged to your Amazon Visa.

No. There is no fee for using your points at Amazon.com.

To use Shop with Points within Shared Payment settings, you must add your card to your personal wallet and enroll it into Shop with Points. Please ensure that your Shared Payment settings are set to “Both Shared and Individual Payment Methods” (only admins can make this change). This will not impact the payment methods in your Shared wallet and approved employees will still be able to use them to make purchases on Amazon. You can add your card to your personal wallet and enroll the card through your Shop with Points account. Note: You cannot use Shop with Points through the Shared wallet and it must be accessed through your personal wallet.

Reward points can only be used in-store at Whole Foods Market locations using In-Store Code on the Amazon Shopping app or the Whole Foods Market app, and cannot be used for Whole Foods Market Grocery Pickup or Delivery. To redeem, open the Amazon Shopping app and tap "In-Store Code" under the search bar, or open the Whole Foods Market app to find it instantly. Next, locate your payment method under the QR code, and select ‘Amazon Visa’ if it's not already selected. Then, enable the toggle under your payment method to apply all available rewards points, or tap "Edit Amount" to apply a specific portion. Then, scan your code at a self-checkout or staffed checkout lane to pay with points. You can combine Whole Foods Market Gift Cards and coupons to pay for your purchase. The points you apply to the order will be deducted from your order total and displayed as "Points" on your receipt.
