This is the first step of OAL related refactor. The major point of this refactor is moving the oal-tool back to the main repo, and make it easier to change and use.
There are my expected steps.
DispatcherManagergoes away.genereatedpackage to an maven module(a.k.a. a jar in oal-libs), namedgenerated-analysisoal-toolback into the main repo, and could generate codes duringmvn compile.
