Description
After Docker Desktop 4.35, an important container stopped working for 200+ people at my place of work.
After hours of debugging, it turned out that Docker Desktop suddenly uses port 8888 and any containers binding to that port fails silently (ie you cannot connect to them but there are no errors).
If I turn off "Send usage statistics" that port is freed up again.
This port is a common port used everywhere in tutorials etc.
If the port is to be used by the usage statistics, containers trying to bind that port should fail hard to make it transparent, or another port or solution should be made.
Reproduce
Enable "Send usage statistics" in 4.35
docker run -p8888:80 nginx
From your local computer curl http://localhost:8888
Expected behavior
Starting a container on port 8888 should either fail, or succeed
