    As part of my B.Tech degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, I worked on a major project to develop a solar-powered smart spraying agricultural robot. The goal of the project was to create a robot that could autonomously spray pesticides on agricultural crops, reducing the need for human labor and improving efficiency.

    I was responsible for designing the three degrees of freedom for the robot arm, chassis, and driver circuit. The robot arm has three degrees of freedom, which allows it to move up and down, left and right, and forward and backward. The chassis is the base of the robot and provides stability. The driver circuit controls the movement of the robot arm and chassis.

    The robot is controlled by an Android application on a smartphone. The user can use the application to select the area to be sprayed, the type of pesticide to be used, and the amount of pesticide to be applied. The robot will then autonomously move to the selected area and spray the pesticide.

    As part of my summer internship at Mahindra Aerospace Pvt. Ltd., I worked on a project to automate the Dry Off Oven used in the SST (Special Surface Treatment) line. The goal of the project was to create a system that would automatically turn on and off the burner and circulation fan in the oven, based on the temperature and humidity levels inside the oven.

The goal of the project was to create a system that would automatically turn on and off the burner and circulation fan in the oven, based on the temperature and humidity levels inside the oven.

    I used Siemens PLC (S7-300) and SCADA to complete the automation of the Dry Off Oven. The PLC was used to control the burner and circulation fan, while the SCADA was used to monitor the temperature and humidity levels inside the oven.

    The project was a success, and the automated Dry Off Oven is now in use in the SST line. The automation has resulted in several benefits, including:

    Increased efficiency: The automated system can turn on and off the burner and circulation fan more precisely than a human operator, which has resulted in increased efficiency.
    Reduced costs: The automated system has reduced the need for human labor, which has resulted in reduced costs.
    Improved quality: The automated system has improved the quality of the products produced by the SST line.

The wiring was used to connect the solar panels, wind turbine, driver circuit, and LED lights. The windmill design was used to capture wind energy and convert it into electrical power.

    The project was a success, and the hybrid-powered lighting system was successfully developed and tested. The system was able to provide enough power to light a street light for 12 hours, even on cloudy days and when there was no wind.

    The project is designed for LED-based street lights with auto intensity control using solar power from photovoltaic cells and wind energy from vertical axis windmill. The LED lights are designed to automatically dim their intensity when there is enough sunlight or wind power available. This helps to reduce the wastage of power and extend the life of the LED lights.

    The project has the potential to save a significant amount of money on energy costs. It is also environmentally friendly, as it reduces the reliance on fossil fuels. I am confident that this project has the potential to make a real difference in the world.
