abiword[-plugins]: Update to 3.0.7

Remove support for broken plugins (mostly ones that used a web service
that's been discontinued). Verified to build on at least NetBSD & Linux.
Otherwise this update is just bug fixes.

3.0.7 - 2025/07/30
