Devang Agrawal shared thisYour in-person meetings just got a lot more useful. 👏 We've built a mobile app so every conversation you have (office visit, trade show floor, coffee chat with a prospect) gets the full Glyphic treatment. Why does this matter? Many of the best sales signals don't come through Zoom. They happen face to face. And until now, these haven't been captured, analysed, or actioned automatically. Now they are. Every in-person meeting gets a transcript, deal insights, and a CRM sync. Automatically. Exactly the same as any online call. If Glyphic is the brain of your GTM stack, the mobile app is its ears — everywhere you go. iOS and Android, with the link in the comments 👇

Devang Agrawal shared thisWhen I first spoke to Emily Gates I was immediately struck by the clarity of her thinking and her passion for redefining what it means to be a CS leader in the agentic era. I am beyond excited to have Emily join us to build this 🚀Devang Agrawal shared thisWhen I found myself back in the job market and assessed the landscape, I knew that I wanted: ✨ To join a Native AI company with high growth potential and a great product ✨ To build a modernized GTM organization leveraging Agentic AI workflows and experimenting with all that’s possible in this rapidly evolving space ✨ To work in a low-ego, high-integrity environment with great people that are passionate about building This week I joined the team at Glyphic to do all that and more! 🔥 Adam Liska & Devang Agrawal, I’m excited to begin this journey with you and build this company together. 🚀 Adam Blech, already an amazing first week together in London diving in and planning our path to best-in-class CS. 🙌 Chris Reisig, thank you for your guidance, mentorship and encouragement to get me on this ride! 🤝 To my network of GTM leaders, I’m really excited to show you what this product can do and where we are going. It's super cool. 😎

Devang Agrawal shared thisI've got big news coming: Glyphic is going mobile. 📱 Until now, revenue teams did use Glyphic for their online meetings mostly. But let's be honest — the pandemic years are over and more and more people want to meet in person. So we built a version of Glyphic you can take wherever you go. Hit record before your next in-person meeting, and you get everything you'd expect from an online call. Coaching insights, conversation intelligence, automatic CRM updates — all synced back to Glyphic automatically. We're not quite ready to ship it yet, but we're very close — and we want the right people testing it first. If you want early access, drop a comment. 👇

Devang Agrawal shared thisEver since I started working in tech, people have said sales and product teams are always annoyed at each other. But I don’t buy that. The logic goes: product is maximising long-term value, while sales only cares about short-term gains. So of course they’ll clash. But in my experience, I’ve seen way more alignment between sales and product teams than people give them credit for. Because the best reps aren’t so transactional. They're thinking about whether a deal sets up a healthy customer relationship, whether the use case actually fits, whether the promise they're making is one the product can keep. And that's not short-term thinking. That’s someone who’s thinking about the value above all else. Same goes for product people. The best of the best understand that some near-term requests can lead to huge future value. A feature that closes three enterprise deals next quarter might be the thing that unlocks a new segment for the next three years. So short-term and long-term aren't always in conflict. The real conflict comes when product doesn't see what sales is hearing, and sales doesn't understand what tradeoffs product is navigating. When that gap closes, the frustration tends to go with it.

Devang Agrawal shared thisIncredibly proud of Glyphic’s 10x G2 badges for Spring 2026! This means a lot to us. Really. Not because of the number, but because of where the recognition comes from. G2 badges aren't handed out by analysts or by a panel of experts. They come from the people who actually use our product day in and day out. When you're building a product, you have a sense of whether it's working. But seeing customers take the time to say it themselves just gives you another level of validation. To everyone at Glyphic who's been heads-down building, this is yours. And to our customers who left reviews and trusted us with their teams: thank you. 👏 It only makes us want to build something even better 🙌Devang Agrawal shared thisWe just received 10x G2 badges for Spring 2026! 🏆 Easiest Admin Easiest to Do Business With High Performer — Overall, EMEA & Europe High Performer Mid-Market — Overall, EMEA & Europe High Performer Small Business Momentum Leader We're proud to receive this recognition, but what makes these more meaningful is who they come from. G2 rankings are based on real reviews from real customers. No expert panels, no pay-to-play. Just the people who’re using Glyphic every day, saying it works. That speaks volume. ❤️ We build for revenue teams that are under pressure to perform. And the best signal that we’re getting it right is when the people in the trenches tell us so. Thank you to all our customers who took the time to leave a review!

Devang Agrawal shared thisNext week I'll be the one at the bar, pint in hand, waiting to talk about why most reps aren't getting the feedback they deserve. 🍻 Me and my team at Glyphic are hosting a small happy hour and workshop in London on March 31st with Ben Miller. Ben's a GTM specialist, and if you've seen his takes on sales coaching, you'll know it's worth showing up for 👏 Small group, real conversation, (and drinks, obviously). If you're in London, come join us! Only very few spots left (details in the comments)👇

Devang Agrawal shared thisEveryone's talking about how Google just killed cold email. And honestly? I'm here for it. 👏 Gmail's new AI filter won't just catch spam, but it actively buries emails from strangers, no matter how good your subject line is. For spray-and-pray senders, this is a nightmare. For us at Glyphic, it's validation. We've never believed in blasting thousands of generic emails and hoping something sticks. Instead, our agents help reps to: → Deeply analyze your ICP → Understand your personas and *why* they buy → Find genuinely similar accounts worth reaching out to The result? Highly targeted outreach that actually resonates, because it's built on real understanding, not volume. The era of "more sends = more pipeline" is at it's end (and btw it never actually worked). The era of intelligent, signal-driven outreach is finally taking over. Is your team ready for it? 🧐

Devang Agrawal shared thisUnpacking moving boxes together isn't the only thing Product and CS do well together at Glyphic. At most companies, these teams operate in complete separate realities: CS knows exactly why customers are churning, which features are causing friction, what's blocking expansion. And product is three floors up making prioritization calls based on last quarter's NPS and whoever has the loudest voice in planning. The handoff between "customer is struggling" and "let's fix it" takes months, and sometimes it never even happens. Our Glyphic agents change this less than optimal dynamic entirely. When insights from customer conversations surface automatically - showing up as churn signals, feature gaps, or expansion blockers - CS stops filing tickets into a void and starts driving the roadmap. Meanwhile, product stops shipping on gut feel and starts building what actually moves retention. Alignment shouldn't require a quarterly offsite. It should just be how the teams operate. That's what we're building at Glyphic! Adam Blech, Chatura Fernando, and myself working together happily, are proof it's been working.
-
Devang Agrawal shared thisI keep thinking about something a lot of teams kept seeing in call recordings. Teams would run enablement with a new framework, new messaging, real effort put in. And it would work. You could hear it in the calls right after. Reps were using the language, hitting the right notes. But then they would look at the same reps 60, 90 days later, and a lot of that behavior had quietly drifted back. I'm honestly still not sure we fully understand why. Is it manager bandwidth? The next priority taking over? Just how habits work? Probably all of it. But what struck me was that nobody had noticed it was happening, because there wasn't really a way to see it at that resolution. Which made me wonder: are most coaching models actually built for the training event, and not so much for what happens after? I don't think it's a people problem. I think it's a visibility problem. Behavior drifts quietly. And most teams are measuring completion, not retention. What's changed that for us is continuous AI monitoring, so being able to see in real time whether the right behaviors are showing up, and catching the drift before it becomes a pattern. Still requires effort and team leader oversight. But it's the first time I've seen teams actually stay on top of what happens after the training ends. With some sort of system, how can you keep tabs on behavior past the first 30 days?

Devang Agrawal liked thisDevang Agrawal liked thisMost sales leaders think bad CRM data is a rep discipline problem. Guess what, it's not. It's a systems problem. And it shows up in five very specific ways — qualification fields left blank, no next steps logged, notes that tell you nothing, wrong stakeholders, and closing values nobody actually confirmed. We broke all five down in this week's Revenue, Decoded — along with how one SDR turned a single workflow into 5 booked meetings. Check it out below👇

Devang Agrawal liked thisOne year ago, I decided to leave my finance job in the city and pivot into startups. I’ll be honest, I wasn’t entirely sure what this new career path would mean, but I knew I wanted to see the other side of the table. And more importantly, I wanted to go on a journey. And boy what a journey it’s been with Glyphic! We opened our New York office; doubled the team; expanded the product; and hit some cool revenue targets! Working across both the buy side and sell side gave me something I didn’t fully appreciate when I first joined: a deep commercial instinct. You learn how money moves, how decisions get made, how risk is priced, and how narratives are constructed. That foundation doesn’t go away. It compounds.Devang Agrawal liked thisJust dropped a new episode of Startup Strides (Ep 70!) with Maraleis S., Founder’s Associate at Glyphic. Really enjoyed this one. We got into what it means to build inside an early-stage startup, how to think about career capital, and why high-agency environments can accelerate your growth in ways more traditional paths often can’t. We also spoke about the Founder’s Associate role, scaling go-to-market in a fast-moving company, and why, in Maraleis’s words, if you want to build a unicorn, you need to have an opinion in the market. A few takeaways that stayed with me: • Build career capital, not just a polished CV. • Being a deep generalist can be a real advantage in startups. • Early-stage GTM is not just process. It is grit, judgment, and creativity. • As AI changes work, people skills still matter a lot. If you’re interested in startups, careers, GTM, and building in fast-moving environments, I think you’ll enjoy this one. Relay is one of the fastest-scaling startups in Europe and raised Europe’s largest-ever logistics Series A ($35M), led by Plural. Devang Agrawal liked thisDevang Agrawal liked thisIf every Monday morning, you’re still manually combing through your pipeline to figure out which deals deserve attention, stop. Just ask Glyphic to do it for you. How? We just asked Glyphic (in natural language): "Read every customer call for high-intent signals, and schedule the results as a report for every Monday morning." Then: - Glyphic clarified which signals mattered most: budget approvals, timeline urgency, trial requests - Analyzed 100 calls in one batch - Ranked every account by signal strength — Critical, Hot, Warm - Surfaced exactly which deals needed action and why - Scheduled the report to land every Monday morning That's it. In less than 10 minutes we knew which calls needed our attention, what the next steps should be, and where to focus to hit the number.

Curvo AI was spotlighted in the UK Parliament this week. MPs gathered in Westminster Hall for a debate on Government support for UK-based tech companies The debate examined what it will take for Britain to compete with US Big Tech on the global stage. MP Victoria Collins advocated for extending R&D tax credits to cover AI compute costs, citing our work at Curvo.ai as part of the case. While the US pours hundreds of billions into AI infrastructure, UK AI companies are building frontier products on a fraction of the resources. Compute is the dominant cost of AI R&D today. Most salaries, not offices. Yet it sits outside the scope of tax credits designed to encourage exactly this kind of innovation. That's an anomaly the UK can't afford to keep ignoring if it wants to compete on the global stage. The talent is here. The ambition is here. The companies doing genuinely differentiated work are here. What's missing is a policy that reflects how AI is actually built in 2026. Grateful to Victoria Collins for raising it. The conversation is happening at the right level. Now it needs to become action.

The recent article from Google's blog sheds light on a persistent challenge facing the United Kingdom: the productivity puzzle. Amidst a global landscape striving for efficiency and growth, the UK's productivity has been somewhat stagnant over the past decade. The article discusses the potential for artificial intelligence to drive a significant transformation in this area. But what does this mean for businesses and how can AI truly invigorate productivity? AI technologies are positioned to revolutionize how work is accomplished by augmenting human capabilities and automating routine tasks. This frees up valuable human resources to focus on more strategic, creative, and high-value endeavors. For businesses, this means that AI can optimize operations, enhance decision-making processes, and fuel innovation. Consider the potential in sectors such as manufacturing and logistics, where AI can streamline supply chains, predict maintenance needs to avoid costly downtimes, and manage inventory with precision. The implications are vast for financial services too. AI-driven analytics can uncover patterns in massive data sets that would be impossible for humans to process alone, enhancing risk assessment and personalizing customer services. Furthermore, the integration of AI into the workplace can foster more inclusive and flexible employment opportunities. Through AI, personalized learning programs can be developed to upskill workers, ensuring that the workforce evolves alongside the technology rather than being sidelined by it. The article also emphasizes the importance of collaborating across sectors and investing in digital infrastructure to fully realize the benefits of AI. This calls for a synchronized effort from both public and private sectors to adopt robust AI strategies and policies that advocate for open innovation, ethical standards, and data privacy. For the AI industry, this scenario presents a momentous opportunity to lead a transformative change. It underscores the importance of developing adaptable AI solutions tailored to the specific needs of different industries, along with advocating for a balanced approach to technological advancement. To stay competitive and grow sustainably, businesses across the UK are encouraged to explore how AI can be seamlessly integrated into their operations. Whether through automating complex processes, enhancing customer experience, or unlocking new areas of innovation, AI stands as a cornerstone of future productivity. Stay informed about the latest developments in AI and consider how our agency can guide you in harnessing the power of AI for transformative growth. Let's work together to solve the productivity puzzle and put your business on the path to greater efficiency and success.

o3 might feel like just another model that got launched but open ai really unlocked a large set of subjective problems by simply combining thinking, search and pinch of agentic flow we will start to see more such high level techniques massively improving the experience and solving new type of problems that we might have quickly concluded that llms are not that good. having search means that you could have tough conversations with o3, getting a reality check rather than just agreeing to your thinking in subjective matters (think non technical like product management, sales, content writing) ps: this of course assumes that there is enough quality human generated content over the internet

Context demands a single source of truth, an independent universal layer untethered from siloed agents, to avoid fragmentation and enable true scalability in AI-driven decisions. Why does this matter? In agentic systems, isolated context leads to "confidently wrong" automations, as silos multiply errors. See my previous post: https://lnkd.in/gU8nPTiN From this lens, GitData.AI emerges as precisely that universal context layer for AI agents. Built on Git's foundational principles, it transforms repositories into a centralized, versioned hub where code, datasets, models, workflows, and their relationships aren't just stored but actively interconnected as a living graph. Agents don't hoard context internally; instead, they pull from this independent system—tracing provenance via commit histories, resolving conflicts through merges, and committing back refinements to compound collective intelligence.

I read the annual reports of all public UK wealth firms. Here are 6 specific AI initiatives mentioned 👇 🔍 1. Faster investment analysis Cut research time from 8+ hours to 30 mins. 🫶 2. Virtual empathy training AI role play to help staff better support vulnerable clients. 💁♀️ 3. Internal AI assistants An executive assistant – but for everyone. 📥 4. Smart inboxes Auto-filter client requests to improve response times and reduce admin. 🎓 5. Internal “AI Academy” A learning platform for companywide upskilling. ⚒️ 6. AI admin tools Minimise admin. Maximise client face time. Not vague visions. Real tools. Live today. Some firms are still writing strategies. Others are already shipping AI. The gap will only grow. Which side will your firm be on?

Every conversation between the UK and India today holds potential, not just for trade but for transformative digital partnerships. The London School of DIGITAL BUSINESS has served as a gateway for fostering connections between businesses to businesses, students to students, businesses to students, through meaningful pathways. This is where things get real: The India–UK Free Trade Agreement: A Game-Changer for Indian Businesses? The ink is dry, and the India–UK trade deal is finally here. For businesses, this isn't just another agreement; it's a massive opening. ✅ Tariffs slashed or removed on 99% of Indian exports. ✅ UK: an estimated £4.8 bn annual growth, with immediate wage lift. ✅ Simplified compliance and access to a high-spending UK market ✅ Social security exemptions for Indian professionals working in the UK ✅ Smoother customs and trade pathways ✅ Easier access to Indian MSMEs ready to scale But here’s the real question: Are we ready to scale, meet demand, and deliver at global standards? This FTA could be the springboard businesses have been waiting for, if we move fast and think smart. Time to modernise operations, invest in certifications, and strengthen logistics. Following this global shift, LSDB is gearing up to become THE GATEWAY for businesses in India looking to expand in the UK and vice versa. Keep watching this space to know more and scale up! #IndiaUKTrade #DigitalPartnerships #GlobalBusinessGateway #UKIndiaFTA #TradeTransformation #ExportReady #BusinessWithoutBorders #FTAOpportunities #ScaleWithLSDB #MSMEGrowth #GlobalExpansion #DigitalEconomy #TradeSmart #B2BConnections #UKMarketAccess

UK's Smart Quantum Play: A Lesson in Investment Strategy? The UK is once again showing its strategic prowess in the quantum race. Its new £121M investment isn't just funding; it's targeted policy, pairing industry giants like HSBC with national labs to fast-track real-world applications like fraud detection. This approach is why the UK excels at turning research into startups and attracting private capital. This stands in stark contrast to the situation in Germany. While Germany has committed public funds (€2 billion) to quantum R&D, it's facing a crucial challenge: ⛰️ Turning that research leadership into commercial success! ⛰️We need fast paced procurement programs, low administrative effort and very fast decision and evaluation - according to the technologies progress! ⛰️ Funding from one source / entity / ministry with a streamlined strategy! 🚨 Same Question, Different Answer 🚨 Whilst we're seeing lots of people get value from implementing LLMs/AI into their workflows or embedding into their software products there's one quite significant thing we need to talk about: how deterministic are these AI tools? When embedding AI into your systems and workflows, those processes need to be robust and realiable. LLMs are non-deterministic, they don't always produce the same response to the exact same question. This poses quite a problem for automated workflows. A great example was when I was working in the customs world, I tried to use an LLM to identify HS codes from a free-text goods description. Even with a strict prompt that steered the output format, etc, the LLM would provide a different result every time. This leads me to question if we can sensibly rely hands-off on these tools in critical workflows - especially without human oversight. Have you experienced problems resulting from the non-deterministic output of LLMs?

Cambridge-based CuspAI has raised $100 million in a Series A round to build an AI 'search engine' for materials science. CuspAI is developing a platform to revolutionize how the world discovers and develops new materials. The company's generative AI foundation models act as a "search engine for the material world," allowing customers to specify needed properties and generate new, synthesizable candidates up to 10x faster than traditional methods. The technology is being applied to find materials for carbon capture, sustainable energy, and more. The round was co-led by New Enterprise Associates (NEA) and Temasek, with participation from NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Samsung Ventures, and Hyundai Motor Group. The round values CuspAI at $520 million. The funding will be used to scale operations in the U.S. and Asia and continue building its team and platform. Start-ups from Cambridge had their second-best year on record for venture capital investment in 2024, pulling in £1.7bn, according to new analysis. Research from data platform Dealroom in association with Founders at the University of Cambridge found that start-ups in the city raised almost double the investment from the year prior’s £893m, despite a wider macroeconomic slowdown. The success in Cambridge also makes it the top global city for the amount of seed companies that mature to Series A, beating London, Oxford and even San Francisco, with 41% of Cambridge-based tech firms reaching the milestone. https://lnkd.in/ea3q2TsE

Just spotted this contribution guide in the NanoClaw repo and I suspect we'll see this everywhere soon. Coding agents change the economics of integrations. The traditional playbook is to build a massive integration catalogue. Hundreds of connectors that most customers never use, but you need them for competitive checkboxes. It's bloat by design. Enterprises get the most value from a custom integration, and now it's cheaper than ever to build one. I remember Matthaus Krzykowski from dltHub making this point a few years ago. They were approaching data pipelines the same way: give people the primitives to build the integration they actually need, not a pre-built feature that doesn't quite cut it. We're moving from "does it have the integration?" to "can I make it do what I need?" And that's a better question.

It’s disheartening to see key people step away from the Qwen team. Qwen was one of the model families we genuinely loved using when we started Madhi AI. A lot of our early experiments and solutions were built around fine-tuning Qwen models, and they worked really well for us. Junyang Lin stepping down, along with reported senior exits, definitely hits the community. If Qwen moves in a more closed direction, I understand the business logic. But what they’ve already contributed to the open-source ecosystem deserves a lot of respect.
