Problem with list of uploaded files and CSS + Suggestion

    Hello,

    I am presenting a small problem with the uploaded files listing section, it happens that when a user creates a ticket and uploads a file it does not appear in the listing section. Files only appear in the list when files are uploaded to a previously created ticket.

    I am also having a problem with the CSS of your plugin since it is affecting multiple pages on my website. Here I share some images where you can see that it replaces styles of the container type selectors.

    At a suggestion level, it would be good if the tickets menu did not show the bubble with a (0) when there are no pending tickets. It should only appear when there are tickets to respond to.

    And finally, you could solve this problem with the text string for translation. These texts are shown with the corresponding language when the ticket is created but then when entering the created ticket it does not show the translation.
