Legacy patient services platforms were not designed for the complexity of modern therapies. As specialty and rare disease treatments continue to advance, the journey from prescription to therapy has become significantly more complicated. Prior authorizations, payer variability, affordability programs, and specialty pharmacy coordination all require careful orchestration.
