I've wanted cross-project web analytics for my Replit projects for a while, so I finally sat down and built it. It's a complete PostHog stack you can fork and deploy in minutes: 1. A full analytics dashboard that pulls straight from your PostHog project 2. A reverse proxy that routes analytics through your own domain so ad blockers can't block them 3. A SKILL.md that teaches Replit Agent to set up PostHog automatically Each piece works standalone or together. The dashboard falls back to sample data so you can try it before connecting PostHog.
