International Tax Director/Partner

We are seeking an experienced and strategic International Tax Director/Partner for a full-time, on-site position located in Charlotte, NC. This leadership role involves overseeing international tax compliance, developing and executing tax strategies, managing tax reporting and accounting, and providing expertise on complex tax laws and regulations. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure global tax planning aligns with business objectives and supports overall organizational growth.

• Comprehensive knowledge and proven experience in Tax Compliance and Tax Accounting
• Expertise in International Tax Planning and implementing cross-border tax strategies
• Deep understanding of Tax Law and its application in diverse international contexts
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
• CPA, JD, or equivalent professional qualification preferred
• Extensive experience in the semiconductor or automotive sectors is a plus
• Master’s degree in Taxation, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is highly desirable
