Since the beginning of 2024, our client has executed 11 strategic add-on acquisitions, significantly adding to the Company’s bottom line, expanding its geographic footprint, all while bringing on additional expertise in targeted adjacent services.
The Manager of Corporate Development (“Manager”) is needed to further accelerate M&A activity. Working closely with the Head of M&A and other key business leaders, the Manager will be instrumental in executing proven M&A sourcing and execution process.
Responsibilities for the role span the entire M&A transaction process, including: target identification, financial statement analysis, financial modeling and valuation, transaction structuring, Letter of Intent and legal documentation negotiation, operational and legal due diligence, third party advisor management, and investment committee material preparation.
