I think this can be tackled with the following workaround:

Create a topic with your name
Create a view that includes both the topic and the type of ticket as filters for the view.

After this, any conversations/tickets that have the name, should appear in the view.

Hey @SnapeHead you are correct that this isnt currently possible. But it is a good idea, you should submit this to our product wishlist.
