Can’t translate Custom fields

    Hello! My website’s theme uses Customizer for setting some block’s titles. For example: https://skr.sh/saCta4csxeY To translate my website I use Polylang and Loco Translate. No one of these plugins sees these titles and I definetely can’t find the way to translate them. Can you please help me?
