Convert VideoPress To Video Block

    Even when VideoPress is switched off, existing videos are still controlled by VideoPress meaning if you no longer want to use VideoPress, you cannot use the already uploaded media file with the standard video block, you need to re-upload the file.

    How do i turn off VideoPress and revert back to using the standard video block without having to re-upload all videos?

    If you would like to switch from VideoPress to the standard video block, the process does require downloading your videos from VideoPress and then uploading them again using the standard video block. Currently, there is no built-in feature to convert VideoPress videos for use in the standard video block without the re-upload step.
