Terrible experience

Elementor came with the website. I need a basic contact form. The version of elementor that came with the website doesn’t let me adjust anything on the basic contact form–you need to pay for Elementor Pro to do that. I paid for Elementor Pro. It has been pulling teeth trying to get the dogsht plugin to just show up as being paid so I can use it on my website. Run as far and as fast as you can from this trash.
