Over 560 participants gathered in Bogotá yesterday for Day 1 of the 2026 ICC-FIDIC Conference on International Construction Contracts and Dispute Resolution. 💬 Opening discussions brought together leaders from ICC, FIDIC and the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce, including Claudia Salomon and Adam Białachowski, to reflect on the longstanding partnership between ICC and FIDIC and its role in advancing best practices in construction contracting and dispute resolution. A recurring theme throughout the day was the importance of collaboration, effective contract management and dispute avoidance in delivering successful projects.
