Last Friday, over 30 colleagues came together for our annual Ogier Challenge in support of our local charity partner, Together Academy. Split into two teams, the office took on a series of activities designed to test their energy, teamwork and community spirit. The day began with a fitness challenge on static bikes, rowing machines and SkiErgs, cheered on by Together Academy crew members. Teams then headed out into the local community to help promote Together Academy's corporate catering service and the employment opportunities it creates for people with Down syndrome. The day concluded with a much-loved inclusive sports afternoon, where Ogier colleagues and Together Academy crew members teamed up for an obstacle course, Connect 4, table tennis, mini golf and more, creating plenty of friendly competition and shared laughter along the way. Thanks to the enthusiasm of everyone involved and support from Ogier's employee giving scheme, we raised €7,500 to support Together Academy's ongoing work promoting inclusion and opportunity. #CSR #Ireland #OgierChallenge #WeAreOgier #Inclusion #EmployeeGiving
