  • For the 10th consecutive year, P&G India has been named one of the 2026 Top 10 Best Companies for Women in India by Avtar Career Creators Limited & Seramount, and recognised in the Consumer Products industry category. Ten years of recognition is something we are proud of. More importantly, it is a reminder that progress on Equality & Inclusion is not a destination. It takes sustained work — and a willingness to keep asking where we can do better. At P&G, we believe inclusion starts from day one — creating an environment where everyone has the opportunity to learn, grow, contribute and lead. Because when people with different experiences and perspectives come together, it makes us stronger — as a workplace and in the marketplace. There is always more to do, and we will continue to invest in creating opportunities for our people to grow and thrive. Thank you to our people for building this over the last decade, and to Avtar & Seramount for recognising the journey. #PGIndia #EqualityAndInclusion #BCWI2026

At Procter & Gamble, our ability to understand consumers, innovate quickly, and make smart business decisions isn't just about what we do, but how we do it. These capabilities are deeply integrated with how we use digital and AI. I recently spoke with Sagar Malviya at The Economic Times about what this looks like in practice, and why India is an increasingly important environment for strengthening P&G’s digital capabilities. It's about bringing these tools and our people together to effectively tackle business challenges and unlock new growth opportunities. The way people shop is evolving fast – across traditional retail, e-commerce, quick commerce and new digital channels. We're evolving with them. For instance, our systems now perform over 2 million automated shelf availability checks daily. This helps us ensure our products are available whenever and wherever consumers need them. What stands out in India is the blend of a diverse consumer market and a robust technology ecosystem. It's an ideal environment for our teams to develop and test new capabilities. Technology itself isn’t the advantage. The advantage comes from bringing people, process and technology together to solve real business and consumer problems. India’s unique combination of consumer diversity, tech talent, and business complexity gives us a powerful testing ground to build, test and scale what works. I see that role becoming even more important in the years ahead. Thank you, Sagar, for the thoughtful conversation on how we're thinking about the future of technology at P&G. ➡️https://lnkd.in/emPS8fSe Procter & Gamble India #Technology #India #DigitalTransformation

  • This Teachers’ Day, we’re celebrating the power of sharing what we know—and learning from each other. Through the P&G Shiksha Betiyan Scholarship, in partnership with centreforcivilsociety our IT colleagues are mentoring young women pursuing STEM, sharing practical skills and experiences across AI, Excel, interview readiness and career pathways. Because mentorship is about more than sharing knowledge—it’s about helping young women see where their potential can take them. #PGIndia #PGShiksha #TeachersDay #WomenInSTEM

Some of the most useful lessons are the ones you can put to work. Over the course of our ongoing engagement with P&G Shiksha Betiyan Scholars, our IT team has been sharing practical knowledge from the workplace - from AI and MS Excel to interview readiness and career pathways - with young women pursuing STEM. For girls from underserved communities, continuing a STEM education is only one part of the journey. The Betiyan Scholarship, in partnership with the Centre for Civil Society, combines financial assistance with mentorship to help them stay on that path and prepare for careers in manufacturing and production. I’ve really valued seeing our team bring their experience into these conversations, and equally, learning from the questions and ambition of the scholars. This Teachers’ Day, I’m grateful for the opportunity to celebrate that exchange - and everyone who keeps learning moving forward. • Not every learning challenge is visible—but its impact can be deeply felt. It often shows up as hesitation in the classroom—a question left unasked, a concept misunderstood, or a child slowly beginning to believe that certain subjects simply aren’t meant for them. Sreeja's journey reflects how early learning gaps can shape confidence during foundational years. In Grade 5, English felt overwhelming and Mathematics discouraging, reflected in a score of 34 out of 80. The fear of falling behind—and disappointing her parents—often kept her from speaking up in class. Her turning point came when the learning environment itself changed. Through P&G Shiksha’s initiative to Erase the Learning Gap, implemented with state governments and Educational Initiatives through Mindspark, Sreeja experienced a system designed to explain mistakes rather than penalise them. Over 355 hours of sustained learning, she rebuilt not just her academic foundations, but her confidence. By Grade 8, her Mathematics score had risen to 75+ out of 80—an exponential shift that reflected not only improved performance, but renewed belief in her own ability. Today, Sreeja mentors classmates and teaches her younger brother—demonstrating how confidence, once restored, often multiplies. Her journey is one of the many stories within the larger milestone of 1 crore children that #PGShiksha continues to impact. And it reflects the meaning of “1 in 1 crore”—where addressing learning gaps early helps each child move forward with confidence, curiosity, and belief in their own potential. #PGIndia #EraseTheLearningGap #1in1Crore

  • A great workplace isn't defined by a single moment of recognition. It's built through the everyday experiences that help our people learn, grow and do their best work. We're honoured to be recognised at the 6th Edition of the ET Best Organisations for Women (BOW) Awards & Summit 2026, continuing our recognition as one of India's Best Organisations for Women for many consecutive years. For us, this recognition reflects something bigger. Building teams with diverse perspectives helps us better understand the consumers we serve, create brands that are more relevant to their needs, and strengthen our business. That's why we're committed to creating an environment where every individual has the opportunity to grow, contribute and thrive. We're proud of this recognition—and even more committed to earning it every day. #PGIndia #BestOrganisationsForWomen

  • Life does not concede pause to periods. And neither do the ambitions of the girls who live it.   Across classrooms, commutes, playing fields and packed schedules, today’s realities demand a kind of continuity that traditional solutions have not always kept pace with. Period care, therefore, cannot remain static in the face of lives that are anything but.   The Whisper Period Panty reflects this necessary evolution. Designed as a panty, not a pad, it offers 360° leakage protection* with full back coverage.   We are proud to bring this to life in collaboration with #JemimahRodrigues, who represents a generation that doesn’t hold back.   *Based on P&G technical data   #PGIndia #Whisper #JemimahRodrigues

  • Leadership journeys are often shaped by access to learning, the confidence to grow, and the opportunity to invest in one’s own development. Karen’s journey reflects how timely support can turn uncertainty into leadership potential. Early in her career, financial constraints limited her ability to pursue certifications and professional development - stepping stones that are often essential in technical fields. The P&G Shiksha Betiyan Scholarship, implemented in partnership with the Centre for Civil Society, provided not just financial assistance, but the stability to invest in upskilling and career progression. With this support, Karen strengthened her professional capabilities and progressed into her role as an Executive in an R&D Test Lab, where she now leads software validation, reliability testing, app testing, and cross-functional issue analysis for washing machine units. Her journey also reflects the importance of learning that continues beyond individual success. Her aspirations to pursue higher studies reflect the long-term impact of sustained learning support. Karen’s story is one of the many journeys behind the 1 Crore milestone of enabling with education - where access to opportunity today becomes leadership that enables others tomorrow. #PGShiksha #PGIndia #1in1Crore #EraseTheLearningGap

  • For many first-generation learners, the classroom is not just a place of education - it is the first space where they are asked to believe in their own potential. Ramesh’s journey reflects how significant that ask can be. Growing up in a remote tribal village in Rangareddy, in a Lambadi-speaking household where digital tools and formal academic support were almost non-existent, Ramesh arrived in school navigating challenges that went far beyond textbooks, adjusting from Lambadi at home to Telugu in school, struggling with foundational mathematics, and carrying the weight of being the first generational learner of his family. Through P&G Shiksha's initiative to #ErasetheLearningGap, Mindspark's AI-enabled adaptive platform, developed in partnership with Educational Initiatives - identified exactly where Ramesh was and provided personalised, targeted practice that allowed him to strengthen concepts at his own pace. Over 100 hours, his relationship with learning transformed entirely. As he shares, "I was scared at first seeing the Mindspark lab, but after getting Sparkies for three correct answers, I started loving math. Now solving problems feels joyful." Today, Ramesh participates actively in class and approaches learning with confidence and belief, proof that when the right support reaches the right child at the right time, potential finds its way forward. This is the meaning of “1 in 1 crore”—within the scale of 1 crore, it is each one moment of belief that truly drives lasting change. #PGShiksha #PGIndia #1in1Crore #EraseTheLearningGap

  • Learning gaps often in the absence of a safe place to learn. Sanwra, a 12-year-old from a Banjara family in Bhiwadi, spent his early childhood helping his family survive by collecting scrap from market garbage piles. Education felt distant, and school was not always possible. His journey changed when he joined a Learning Centre supported through P&G Shiksha and Ibtada . In a small classroom where children learned together without fear of being judged, he began rebuilding the basics - reading, writing, and understanding numbers at his own pace. The change was not only academic. For the first time, learning felt like something he belonged to. With the support of his mother, his teachers, and a learning environment that encouraged effort instead of criticism, Sanwra began to see a different future for himself. His story is part of P&G Shiksha’s milestone of reaching 1 crore children—within it, every 1 in 1 crore journey reflects a goal not just to educate, but to ensure every child has the chance to learn with dignity. #PGIndia #PGShiksha #1in1Crore #EraseTheLearningGap

  • Palak Thakur’s story is a reminder of how timely opportunity can realign ambition. For many young learners, especially in STEM pathways, financial constraints quietly shape the ambitions they allow themselves to pursue. Career choices become less about interest and potential, and more about what feels feasible. Growing up in Solan, Himachal Pradesh, Palak faced similar realities. With her father serving in the lower ranks in the police and supporting a family of six, continuing her education often came with financial uncertainty. Even paying college fees felt like a challenge at times. The P&G Shiksha Betiyan Scholarship, in association with the Centre for Civil Society , intervened at a critical moment, not just by easing financial pressure, but by restoring choice and direction. After completing her education, Palak initially prepared for railway exams, a practical path that many students pursue. But as her confidence grew, she began reflecting more deeply on where her interests truly lay. With the support of the scholarship, she made an independent decision to explore Artificial Intelligence, learning Python and beginning to build practical AI-based projects. The scholarship also enabled her to access structured resources for competitive exam preparation while continuing to build her technical capabilities. What followed was not a single leap, but sustained capability building. As her skills and self-belief strengthened, so did her ability to give back. Today, Palak mentors 30 students as a Tele-Coach, creating supportive learning environments for others navigating similar journeys. This is what the power of 1 is in P&G Shiksha’ milestone of reaching 1 crore children, how individual stories give scale its meaning. When opportunity is designed to build capability, its impact compounds over time: one learner becomes a multiplier, and progress carries forward. #PGIndia #PGShiksha #ErasetheLearningGap #1in1Crore
