في اليوم العالمي للصحة النفسية، فتحنا مساحة لحديث يستحق أن يستمر طوال العام. جمعت مبادرة «جسور» موظفينا بالمستشار النفسي الدكتور طالب خفاجي من «بوابات الصحة»، في لقاء يفسح المجال للأسئلة والحوار، ويقرّبنا من فهم صحتنا النفسية وأهمية العناية بها. On World Mental Health Day, we made room for a conversation that matters all year round. Our “Jusoor” initiative brought employees together with clinical psychologist Dr. Talib Kafaji from Health Gates Co. for an open conversation, offering space to ask questions and better understand our mental health and the importance of caring for it.

يظل الحوار المفتوح من أهم وسائل التواصل داخل بيئة العمل. ومن خلال "قهوة مع القيادة"، يتجدد لقاء الموظفين بقيادات الشركة في حوار مباشر حول مستجدات اليوم والموضوعات التي تهم فرق العمل. Open dialogue remains one of the most important ways to foster communication in the workplace. Through “Coffee with MC”, employees and company leaders come together once again for open discussions on the latest developments and matters that are important to their teams.

3,000 حقيبة مدرسية وزّعت على طلاب وطالبات في مختلف مناطق المملكة، بالتعاون مع عدد من الجمعيات الخيرية، استعدادًا لانطلاق العام الدراسي الجديد. وجاء ذلك ضمن مبادرة «العودة إلى المدرسة»، بجهود تطوعية مع شركائنا في المملكة. نتمنى لجميع الطلاب والطالبات عامًا دراسيًا حافلًا بالنجاح والإنجاز. 3,000 school bags reached students across different regions of the Kingdom, in collaboration with a number of charitable organisations, helping them prepare for the start of a new academic year.
