International Systems Engineering (ISE) was established in 1988 as a Peace Shield and Economic Offset Program (EOP) company within BAE Systems' global portfolio. ISE digital expertise enables clients across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to focus on their objectives and achieve strategic goals. With superior resources and partnerships, ISE offers a full suite of services meeting organisations' requirements for today and tomorrow - including: Cyber Security; Secure Infrastructure & Cloud Management; Secure Network & Domain Management; Application Support & Development; End User Computing & Support; Service Management. ISE understands that successful projects are the result of organised stakeholder management, proper planning, accurate design implementation and ongoing feedback. Recognising that each project presents unique challenges and operating environments, ISE doesn't rely on a 'one size fits all’ approach. Instead, the technological offering is carefully tailored. As organisations across defence, government, and critical national infrastructure become more interconnected, securely transferring data across different security domains is no longer an edge case. it's becoming part of day-to-day operations. At ISE, we've published a whitepaper: "Raising the Bar for Cross Domain Data Transfer in KSA" The paper reflects a broader shift we're seeing in the field. Secure data transfer is no longer just a technical problem. it's fundamentally about trust, assurance, and how that trust is enforced across systems operating at different classification levels. It touches on a few key areas: - Where traditional approaches (such as firewalls) start to fall short in high-assurance environments. - How risk is increasingly concentrated at the boundaries between systems, not just within them. in the Kingdom, where digital transformation is accelerating, building a shared understanding of these challenges feels particularly important, especially as high-assurance capabilities are still evolving locally.
