SPAW | São Paulo Arbitration Week
Event: AI in International Arbitration: Regulation and Guidelines.
Join us for a high-calibre discussion exploring how AI is redefining the possibilities, and the boundaries, of international arbitration, on a hybrid event on 23 October 2026, from 2 to 4 p.m., at Trench Rossi Watanabe São Paulo offices (Ed. Ez Towers, Av. Dr. Chucri Zaidan, 1649, 31st floor).
While AI can significantly improve efficiency in legal and arbitration services, it also raises important concerns about limitations, especially regarding privacy, accuracy, reliability (hallucinations etc.) and ethics.
This event is designed for arbitration practitioners, in-house counsel, academics, experts, and professionals interested in cutting-edge technologies but who are also concerned about ethical progress.
Organizers: Cesar Pereira C.Arb FCIArb, Christine Santini, FCiarb.
