  • Peter Plachy will join an outstanding panel of international arbitration practitioners at Tallinn Arbitration Day on 8 October organised by the Estonian Arbitration Association to discuss how escalating geopolitical tensions continue to shape international arbitration.

  • Last Friday, our CMS Bratislava team had the pleasure of spending another rewarding day volunteering as part of Naše Mesto, Slovakia’s largest corporate volunteering initiative organised by the Nadácia Pontis / Pontis Foundation .   Building on our previous project in June, where we helped refresh the outdoor area of a local kindergarten to create a more inviting space for children to play and make new memories, this time we supported a local school in preparing for the new academic year. This involved clearing out an old technical room to make way for a new cooking classroom and removing outdated furniture to help improve the school's facilities.   It was a fulfilling day marked by teamwork, enthusiasm and a shared dedication to making a positive difference. We are proud to support initiatives that have a tangible impact on local communities and help create environments in which children can learn, grow and thrive. #CMSlaw #nasemesto #nadaciapontis #volunteering

𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐀𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐓𝐰𝐨 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐚 𝐄𝐔𝐑 𝟐𝟓𝟎𝐦 𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐌𝐑𝐄𝐋 Tatra banka today took advantage of a narrow issuance window to launch a 𝐄𝐔𝐑 𝟐𝟓𝟎 𝐦𝐧 𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐌𝐑𝐄𝐋 𝟔𝐍𝐂𝟓 𝐛𝐨𝐧𝐝 in a very active market environment, with more than 40 transactions competing for investor attention.   Despite these challenging conditions, we remained firmly on investors’ radar and built a strong order book of approx. 𝐄𝐔𝐑 𝟖𝟎𝟎 𝐦𝐧 within just a few hours, allowing us to tighten pricing from initial guidance of +155 bps to a 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐨𝐟 +𝟏𝟐𝟓 𝐛𝐩𝐬.  My sincere appreciation goes to our:   - investors, for their trust and long‑term support   - legal advisors Peter Jedinák, Marek Bojkovský, Juraj Fuska for guiding the execution process smoothly   - Joint Lead Managers – Barclays, Commerzbank AG, ING and Raiffeisen Bank International AG for their excellent support and execution.

  • Last Friday, our CMS Bratislava team spent another truly special day volunteering with Naše Mesto, Slovakia’s largest corporate volunteering initiative organised by the Nadácia Pontis / Pontis Foundation. Following our last project of painting a public children's playground, we were eager to roll up our sleeves once again. On this occasion, we supported a local kindergarten by helping to clean up its spacious backyard - breathing new life into the area and transforming it into a fresh and welcoming space where children can play, explore and make new memories. It was a rewarding day filled with teamwork, positive energy and a shared sense of purpose. Our team is delighted to contribute to initiatives that have a real impact on local communities and help shape positive spaces for children - where they can grow, connect and enjoy their time. #CMSlaw #nasemesto #nadaciapontis #volunteering
