🥂 The plan has launched, so now the action can begin. Today marks the publication of 14 months of hard work by the whole sector, but it's by no means the end of the effort. Earlier today we launched our highly anticipated Electricity Networks Sector Growth Plan by packing the room with the full supply chain, from manufacturers to networks operators, who have either been involved in the publication of the plan from the beginning or will feel the benefits of it once it's put into play. Thank you to our panellists: Yselkla Farmer, BEAMA; Alexandra Howe, Energy Networks Association (ENA); Cordi O'Hara OBE FEI, National Grid; Phil Dingle, Lucy Electric; Phillip Twiddy, LCP Delta; Cathy Alexander, Department for Energy Security and Net Zero for your time today and over the last year. We're eager to continue working towards our goals for 2035; building up the Grid, creating jobs, and increasing investment for the UK. A few months ago at All Energy 2026, we held a joint panel on the Energy Network Sector Growth Plan with Energy Networks Association (ENA) and some incredible speakers. On that panel, Phil Dingle, Director of Future Networks for Lucy Electric and Co-Chair of the Electricity Networks Sector Growth Plan, shared his own expertise. So, we thought we'd ask him one more question, to take it all back to the beginning... 💬 Why is Lucy Electric involved in the plan? Phil draws on what an opportunity the plan represents for the sector, and the long history Lucy Electric has with BEAMA, as a founding member, and the (slightly shorter) history Phil has with us as well. All in all, it was an unmissable opportunity, and a highly anticipated plan, which we look forward to launching with our members' support tomorrow! #ENSGP #AcceleratingElectrification #ElectricityNetworksSectorGrowthPlan #ElectricityNetworksInfrastructure
