CHANEL is pleased to announce the appointment of Bruno Pavlovsky, President of Fashion activities at CHANEL and President of CHANEL SAS, as Co-Chair of The Fashion Pact alongside Óscar García Maceiras, CEO of Inditex, and Paul Polman. Since its creation, The Fashion Pact has demonstrated the power of collective action across our industry. As it enters a new phase, the ambition is to build on this momentum and focus increasingly on concrete action and tangible, measurable impact. Through this new role, Bruno Pavlovsky will contribute to strengthening a coalition that brings together companies from different regions, business models and cultures, united by shared environmental challenges. « At CHANEL, we believe that the transformations facing our industry require long-term commitment and collective action, particularly across supply chains. I am proud to contribute to this next chapter of the Fashion Pact and I look forward to working with the other Co-Chairs and all members to make the coalition even more global, practical and effective. » Bruno Pavlovsky

This year, CHANEL is once again supporting the Hyères Festival – Fashion, Photography, Accessories, of which it has been a Major Partner since 2014. The House’s commitment to supporting emerging talent also celebrates the excellence and richness of the craftsmanship of the Maisons d’art brought together at le19M. During this 41st edition, held from 15th to 18th October 2026 at the villa Noailles, the Grand Prix du Jury was awarded to Yui Chen, whilst the Grand Prix of the Accessories Jury went to Sassa Ann van Wyk. The le19M Métiers d’art Prize was awarded to Dieter Vlasich Obermann for their collaboration with the Maison d’art Maison Michel. Each prize is worth 20,000 euros and supports the winners in carrying out new creative projects with the Maison d’art of their choice. The 7L Photography Grand Jury Prize, meanwhile, was awarded to Motoki Nakatani. The Festival also showcased the projects of the 2025 winners: Lucas Emilio Brunner with Atelier Montex and the Ateliers de Verneuil-en-Halatte, Adrien Michel with Studio MTX, and Amaury Darras with Goossens, as well as Noémie Ninot’s project with Librairie 7L. Partners in dance. At the Paris Opera Opening Gala for the 2026-2027 dance season, CHANEL—Major Patron of the Paris Opera—reaffirms its long-lasting ties with dance, first initiated by Gabrielle Chanel, and continues a dialogue rooted in shared values: freedom of movement and a passion for creativity. During the “Défilé du Ballet”, the “Étoile” dancers have worn tutus and tiaras designed by CHANEL since 2021; the Junior Ballet, too, has worn tutus designed by the House since 2025. CHANEL also imagined costumes for Rings of Saturn by Juliano Nuñes, which premiered on this occasion. Major Patron of the Paris Opera since 2023, and Exceptional Patron of the Paris Opera’s Renovation since 2025, CHANEL is proud to support the Paris Opera Opening Gala for the 2026-2027 dance season. The House has been a Patron of the Gala since 2018. See more at https://lnkd.in/eMrHrreT

The Finale of the Spring Summer 2027 Show Past, present, future. As a history of women freeing themselves through fashion, the successive chapters of Gabrielle Chanel’s life come together and coexist in a journey through time. Lines of shadow boning, the flourish of a peplum, and the curve of a bodice appear like the traces of past juxtaposed lives. At the heart of it all, a sense of freedom, embodied not only in the figure of the bird, but in the very construction of the garments and the innovative development of the fabrics, from eased tailoring to smocked tweed. Different selves emerge, overlap and transform. Spring Summer 2027 collection Matthieu Blazy for CHANEL

The J12 Boat Race trophies: A triumph of exceptional savoir-faire. As part of the partnership with The Boat Race, the legendary rowing competition for which CHANEL J12 serves as the first Title Sponsor and Official Timekeeper, and to mark the Centenary of the women’s race, Arnaud Chastaingt, Director of the CHANEL Watch Creation Studio, has designed two trophies for the very first time, crafted within the prestigious British fine silver workshops of Thomas Lyte. From modeling to final assembly, including shaping the forms, polishing, gold plating and engraving, every stage in the creation of the J12 Boat Race trophies preserves the excellence of exceptional savoir-faire. The highlight of these creations is the integration of a black or white frame that echoes the hue of the J12 watch’s ceramic, a technical feat as delicate as it is unprecedented.
