About us

Lusha is the B2B data and sales intelligence system used by sales, marketing, recruiting, RevOps teams, and AI agents to find contacts, enrich records, and track real-world buying signals. It works with your CRM, automation tools, and existing GTM stack. 515.5M+ business contacts and 29M+ company profiles across North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. Email verification at 95–98% by region. Direct dial accuracy at 90%+. 7M new signals processed every week — funding rounds, leadership changes, hiring surges, and more. 1.6B+ data points processed daily. Lusha also identifies anonymous website visitors and matches them to verified company and contact records. Lusha Deep Intel — uses your ICP, CRM, and pipeline data to prioritize accounts, identify buying groups, and surface the contacts worth reaching out to. It gets more accurate as it learns your business. For RevOps, that means a CRM that stays clean without manual work. For sales, account lists grounded in real pipeline context. For marketing, ABM campaigns built on verified data and intent signals. For recruiting teams, faster sourcing with verified contact data across every region. Available via Lusha Workspace, Chrome Extension, API, MCP, Claude, ChatGPT and more. Used by 280,000+ revenue teams including Google, Zendesk, and Yotpo. GDPR and CCPA compliant. Independently audited under ISO 27701, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 Type II. Validated by TrustArc and ePrivacyseal. Sign-up for free. If you've worked in B2B marketing, especially with high-ticket tech services, you know that getting traffic to your website is one thing. Turning that traffic into actual pipeline is a whole different challenge. With longer sales cycles and multiple decision-makers involved, how do you move someone from simply showing interest to actually having a conversation with your sales team? There are plenty of ways to approach this, but I've been wanting to close one gap in particular. Someone from a company that fits our ideal customer profile visits our website, explores our services, maybe even checks out a few pages, and then leaves. Unless they fill out a form, we might never know they were there. So I've been building an automation in n8n to connect a few tools and make better use of that traffic. Here's the basic flow: 1. Identify: Leadinfo shows us which companies have visited our website. 2. Enrich: Lusha helps find a relevant decision-maker at each company. 3. Reach out: n8n sends a personalised email from our BD leads own inbox. There's quite a bit happening behind the scenes too, including checking whether a contact has already been approached, logging activity in our CRM, and making sure were not reaching out to the wrong people. It's still in testing, and I can already think of a few improvements I'd like to make to increase the chances of conversion. The real test is whether this approach can generate relevant conversations and, eventually, qualified pipeline. Early days, but I'm curious to see what the data looks like in a couple of weeks. If you are building something similar, hit me up and let’s chat! #B2BMarketing #GrowthMarketing #MarketingAutomation #n8n #LeadGeneration

One of the easiest ways to lose a good deal: Only knowing one person at the account. Your champion takes the meeting, likes what they see, and forwards the deck internally. Then they go quiet. Now the entire deal depends on one person replying. This is where Lusha comes in. With Lusha connected, you can ask right inside Claude or ChatGPT: “Who’s in the buying group at [company]? Show me the decision makers and potential champions.” Instead of finding one contact and stopping there, Lusha can surface the people involved across the account and organize them by role: Decision makers. Potential champions. End users. So if your main contact disappears, you’re not suddenly back at square one. That’s a much better way to work an account than finding one VP and hoping they do all the internal selling for you. One contact gets you in. A buying group helps you keep the deal moving. https://lnkd.in/g-TPTtDN How many people do you usually try to build relationships with on a serious deal? #LushaPartner

We spent months filling the CRM. Thousands of contacts. Job titles. Company names. Phone numbers. Beautiful spreadsheet energy. 😂 Then six months go by. The VP of Sales is now a CRO somewhere else. Your old champion has joined a new company. And the AI SDR is still confidently personalizing emails using whatever the CRM says. “Loved what you're building at your current company.” Mate. They left in March. That's the part of AI prospecting I find funny. We've got agents that can research, write, and send faster than any SDR. But we're still feeding some of them contact records nobody's checked since the last quarter. And when the data's wrong, the agent doesn't stop to question it. It just makes the mistake at scale. One workflow I've been looking at with Lusha is checking job-change signals before building the next outreach list. With Lusha MCP plugin in Claude, you can ask: “Which of my past champions changed jobs or got promoted in the last 3 months?” Instead of starting with another giant list, you can look at people you already have a reason to know, check their current roles, and decide whether there's a relevant conversation to start. Lusha brings verified contact data and dated buying signals into that workflow. The agent can help find the opportunities. I still want a human deciding whether the message is worth sending. Because 500 personalized emails to people who no longer work there isn't a productivity win. It's just a very efficient way to embarrass yourself. 😂 How often do you discover someone's changed jobs only AFTER you've reached out? 🚨 New episode 🗣️ When AI changes the job, hiring for past experience isn't always enough. In this conversation with Yoni Tserruya, co-founder and CEO of Lusha, we explored what companies should look for when the roles they're hiring for are being transformed by AI. Yoni's answer? People who constantly learn, experiment, and adapt. People who are hungry to build, even when there is no established playbook to follow. As he puts it: “We're all builders again.” For leaders and hiring teams, this raises an important question: How do you identify the people who can help rebuild your company and its processes, rather than simply follow what already exists? I spend an embarrassing amount of time hunting for fractional executives. Not for me (though I've been tempted by a fractional CFO). For Referral Reef, the referral network I'm building. I'm always trying to expand the bench so members have great people to send work to. But here's the thing: fractionals are impossible to find consistently. Some call themselves "Fractional CMO." Some bury "interim VP" three paragraphs into their About section. Some say "consultant" and pray you read far enough. There's no standard job title, no standard way they market themselves. It's a scavenger hunt every single time. So I tried something different. I signed up for Lusha and literally typed this prompt: "I am building a fractional referral network and need to build a list of fractional executives that have been running their business for at least a year." That's it. Plain English. No Boolean strings. No LinkedIn filter gymnastics. It returned over 25,000 fractionals in seconds. I've been feeding those into Referral Reef, but honestly, this is even more useful if you're a founder trying to build your dream team or a sales leader trying to fill your pipeline because you can put in your most successful current customers and tell Lusha to find more leads exactly like that one. Instead of hunting, you just... ask. https://lnkd.in/gq5S7T9n #Lushapartner

Your AI agent can write the email. But does it know who should receive it NOW? That’s the part of AI-powered prospecting that I think gets overlooked. An agent can research a company, find contacts, write personalized outreach, and send it all without much human involvement. But if the data is wrong or the context is missing, the agent can move very fast in the wrong direction. The buyer may have changed roles (12.25% of US sales leaders did in the past year.) The company may not fit your ICP. There may be a new signal that makes the timing right. Or you may be reaching the wrong person entirely. That’s why I like the idea of giving agents a context layer. So I’ve been testing Lusha inside Claude. It gives my agent two things: 1. The data: 515M+ verified contacts and 29M+ companies globally, enriched with 26 buying signals like funding, hiring surges, leadership changes and job changes. 2. The intelligence: it learns your ICP, your CRM and your closed-won deals, then ranks which accounts to work and who to reach. Instead of: ❌ “Find me 50 prospects.” You can ask: ✅ “Find companies like my best customers and tell me why they’re worth reaching out to now.” That’s a much more useful starting point for an agent. Would you trust an AI agent to prospect for you without giving it this kind of context? #LushaPartner #ad
