Our logo isn't the point of this retreat. The people in the room are. We're swag-only at the Women in Sales Leadership Retreat. On purpose. No session slot. No booth. Just good gifting behind the scenes for an event that isn't about us. That's most of what "earning attention" actually looks like in practice. It's not always a stage. Sometimes it's making someone else's event better without needing your name on the agenda. Our job is to amplify our customers and their communities. Not every event needs us to be the headline for that to work.

  • Congratulations to our CRO, Patricia DuChene, on being named one of the 2026 100 Powerful Women in Sales by Women in Sales and The ABM Agency! Patti is the leader people hope to work for. She shows up for her team, and makes room for others to grow. We’re proud she’s ours. Congratulations to every woman on this year’s list. • We're the swag sponsor at Demandbase GO NYC. Which means we don't get a stage., but we do get... every hand in the room. Sponsorships like this aren't about our logo on a slide. Being the thing someone actually walks away holding is a different kind of attention than a 20-minute session slot. And honestly, we think it might a better one. If you're there, come find the table.

  • We were running 20 events and drowning in spreadsheets. Before our new Events Hub existed, ordering swag, tracking budgets, and coordinating what ships where lived in five different tabs owned by three different people. That doesn't scale to a quarter this packed. Events Hub puts all of it in one place: what's ordered, what's shipped, what's left. It's not flashy. It's the thing that made a 20-event quarter possible without anyone losing their mind. We built it for us first. Now it's available for you: https://lnkd.in/eBtXe7Pk

I’m starting a new role. Same three letters (CCO). Same company (Sendoso). Completely new title: Chief Commercial Officer. And uncharted territory ahead. In May, we acquired merch.co, now Merch: a merchandise sourcing platform with a global network of 100+ production facilities, manufacturers, and decorators, built for on-demand production at real scale. If you’ve ever run a swag program or purchased promotional products, you know exactly what this fixes: inflated minimum order quantities, egregious middleman markups, accountability that gets passed down a chain until it disappears, and quality that falls apart past the sample item. The Merch acquisition expands Sendoso’s core offering. The swag you source becomes the gifts that represent your brand. With gifting, warehousing, and swag under one roof, you now have the option of a single point of accountability, from source to send. My focus: take this foundation and build the most powerful swag and merchandise engine on the market. I’m thrilled to do it with Carson Hunt, who founded merch.co and now runs it as GM of Merch. Building with the person who started it is a chance you do not get twice. And today is day one, not just in the role, but in the space. Customer experience is home turf for me. ARR. Spend. Adoption. Retention. Escalations. Building, scaling, and reigniting teams. Reaccelerating companies. That’s my comfort zone. Merch? Merch is definitely not. Today, I start fresh. Today, I take everything I’ve learned in a career and search for similar patterns in a different world. But most importantly, today, I start learning.I activate the mute button and turn up the speakers, to ask, listen, and absorb all I can from everyone willing to share their time. The goal is “simple”: scale Merch into the undeniable choice for swag. My commitment is the same: a standout customer experience for every customer, present and future. If you’re a current customer, former customer, potential customer or responsible for swag sourcing, I want to hear from you. If you’re a supplier, a decorator, run supply chain at scale, or have an opinion on what “the best” looks like, I want to hear from you. Today, I start at one, one conversation at a time, one learning at a time. Slip into my DMs, send me an email, call my cell, or send a carrier pigeon, and let’s chat! #swag #promotionalproducts #merch #sendoso

Last week my personal life and professional life collided. It was epic. Jon Barcellos Austin Sandmeyer 🔥🎁 and I whipped out all the patches at Clay Sculpt - which may be one of the coolest events I’ve seen. Amazing talks, incredible branding, very engaged attendees eager to learn, and awesome Clay team we spent the day with (S/O Alexandra Spielvogel and Neha Marina for the swag camaraderie and saving my poor feet at the end). Everything was intentional, fun, and made you rethink what a conference could be. Bravo Mustafa Khan! That personal life piece? That was all the team at TRADEMARK, who are the masters behind bringing productions like this to life. The unmatched creativity is something everyone got to experience. I got something special, I got to see friends in action. Most people didn’t know what they were witnessing, and that’s kind of the point. Unless you knew where to look and what to look for, you’d never know they were there. You just experience an unreal event. When you attend an event, you see the end point of a months - sometimes year - long journey. The original vision. The partners. The speakers. That flower pot on the coffee table. That extra extension cord for power. The giant banner. The plan for entry and exodus. Every detail is discussed at one point. It takes vision, planning, execution, and a little positive manifestation for something like this to come together so flawlessly. I don’t know how Clay and Trademark one up this next year, but I can’t wait to see it happen.

  • The smallest event on our calendar might be the highest-leverage one. Sales Assembly Dinner in Boston is exactly that. Small table, real conversation, no badge scanner counting foot traffic. It's a different math than a trade show floor, but it's the same thesis: earning attention takes actual effort, and effort doesn't always scale to a big room. Some of our highest-value relationships came out of a table like this, not a booth.

  • Wednesday Women Dinner and Wednesday Women Coffee. Here's why we’re attending both: Big conferences are great for reach. But, this quarter we're participating in smaller, recurring series specifically for women in GTM, one dinner and one coffee, on repeat. Just a standing invite to sit down with other women doing the same job you are. Marketers can get obsessed about the size of the room. But in our experience, it's also about making the room worth showing up to. Just us?
