Third year in a row on the 100 Powerful Women in Sales list 💃🏻 I'm grateful to be picked from 1,500+ nominees. My sales origin story goes back to 2 Korean women. Person #1: My mom. A serial entrepreneur who left a stable banking job in Korea to start over in the US. When I graduated from Cal, I had two choices: move to DC to work on the Hill (no job lined up) or take a sales job offer in tech. My mom isn't a typical tiger mom. She encourages me to make my own decisions. But she did make an offhand comment that sales could teach me how to work with people (Mom is always correct... and also, what did that say about my people skills 🙈). Person #2: Irene Chang, who offered me the job. I found it through a UC Berkeley alum, unwittingly growing my networking muscles even back then. Irene is the best mentor I could have asked for because she was so different from me and I have applied the lessons I’ve learned from her for the entirety of my professional career. Being on this list again alongside the Sales leader I respect and love most in the world makes this 2026 recognition extra special. Thank you Women in Sales and The ABM Agency for this list full of interesting women who inspire me! • The Women in Sales Community Retreat is underway in New Orleans this week and Mileage Quest is there as a Featured Sponsor. I am not in the room which is the point of sponsoring. The value of a community like this one does not depend on who shows up. It depends on whether the people who built it keep being funded by the people who benefit from it. Alexine Mudawar and 🧶Shannon Plumb have built a room where women who carry a number can speak plainly about what the number costs them. That room sold out within days. Rooms like that do not stay open on good intentions. If you are in New Orleans, go find the people you have only ever met on this platform. If you are not, watch what comes out of it. The best thinking in sales leadership this fall is happening at a table in Louisiana. Enjoy everyone! #WomenInSales #WISRetreat #SalesLeadership #MileageQuest

I don't want to brag, but I have a lot of veryyy smart friends. DVMs. MDs. JDs. MBAs.
I even have one friend with an MD and a JD. (He's crazy. We know.) School was hard for me. I was good at it, but I had to work for it. I ran out of University of California, Davis with my BS barely intact. It was a means to an end. All I wanted was to control my own destiny and earn my own paycheck. …which is probably why sales grabbed me so early. (I still remember my first commission check 🙌) But when you're surrounded by people whose careers took a decade of school to earn, the imposter syndrome creeps in. They had professions. I had a job. Then I spent 15+ years refining a skill, building a network, finding little wins and woke up one day realizing that sales IS a profession 🔥 Being good at it means respecting it like one. (My team is reading this and rolling their eyes because I say it constantly.) Which brings me to last week. I'm at Disneyland with the family, mid-negotiation with a five year old about why a strawberry popsicle is not a smoothie and does not count as breakfast at 8am. My phone starts lighting up like 🎁 Tyler Bernstein needing eyes on an EOQ deal. I've been named one of the 100 Most Powerful Women in Sales by Women in Sales & The ABM Agency Devastated toddler in one hand. Phone in the other. (tbh I was not giving power vibes in this exact moment 😅) I'm so honored to be on this list, and grateful to have found a profession I genuinely love and a community I love working with. It motivates me, and it pays for a life I really love living. 🧡 PS - the DuChene parents caved around 930am and bought their toddler a “popsicle smoothie”

WOW! I’VE BEEN NAMED ONE OF THE 100 POWERFUL WOMEN IN SALES FOR 2026! 🥹❤️ Last week, I received a message I genuinely wasn’t expecting, letting me know I’d been recognised on a global list alongside women I truly respect and admire in the sales industry makes this even more special! For those who don’t know, I’ve spent over 10 years working in sales, and when I say I’ve sold a bit of everything, I mean it! 😂 From mobile phones and high value properties to fintech software, strategic partnerships and now pitching, selling and negotiating opportunities for my own business, Miri Elevates. One thing sales has taught me is that SALES IS A LIFE SKILL! Whether you’re interviewing for a job, negotiating your salary, pitching an idea or building a business, you’re using sales skills. That’s why I genuinely believe everyone should learn them! I’m incredibly grateful for this recognition and for everything my journey in sales has taught me. A huge thank you to Alexine Mudawar, the incredible founder of Women in Sales for championing women in the industry. I thank God for the journey, the growth and the doors He's continued to open. 🙏🏾 Congratulations to all the incredible women recognised! I’ll share the full list in the comments.

Hard work doesn't always speak for itself. Sometimes you have to. One of the biggest lessons I've learned throughout my career is the importance of self-advocacy. I've learned that doing great work is only part of the equation. You also have to be willing to raise your hand, have the uncomfortable conversations, and ask for what you want. Self-advocacy doesn't mean you think you know it all. You can be confident in what you've accomplished while still recognizing how much you have left to learn. And that's what excites me most. There's still so much more to learn, build, and accomplish. :) Really honored to be recognized on the 2026 100 Powerful Women in Sales list alongside so many incredible women, many of whom I've had the privilege of learning from! Thank you to Alexine Mudawar, Women in Sales and The ABM Agency for the recognition! A reminder to keep advocating for yourself. 💗

For the second year in a row, I’ve been named one of the 100 Powerful Women in Sales 2026! I’m deeply honored, but this recognition means far more to me this time around. It reminds me of what it takes to keep showing up, leading, and supporting others while carrying challenges that aren’t visible to the outside world. When I received last year’s recognition, I felt incredibly proud, but I couldn’t fully take in the moment. Around that time, I learned my sister’s cancer prognosis wasn’t good and that time wasn’t on our side. I was trying to keep showing up at work and at home while facing the reality of her deteriorating health and carrying more than most people could see. That season changed how I think about achievement. After more than 20 years in client-facing and sales-adjacent roles, I can see that my work has always started with a few simple questions: What do people need? What challenges are they trying to solve? How can I help? That instinct to listen, understand, and support others has shaped my career and carried into my life beyond work. So many women in sales are working toward ambitious goals while also caring for their families, managing their health, and navigating everything else life brings. KPIs matter, but they don’t capture the full picture. You are more than your title, your numbers, or your latest achievement. Give yourself grace and recognize your strength, especially in seasons when simply showing up takes a lot. Congratulations to all the women recognized this year! I’m honored to be among such an inspiring group, many of whom I know personally. Thank you to the women who have shown up for me along the way. Your support has meant so much, and I hope to pay it forward by showing up for others✨ A heartfelt thank you to Women in Sales, Theabm.info, and Alexine Mudawar for this recognition and for continuing to create a platform that celebrates and elevates women in sales. ✨ Honored, humbled, and incredibly proud! ✨ I’m beyond proud to share that I’ve been recognized once again as one of Women in Sales '100 Powerful Women in Sales' for 2026! 🏆 Receiving this incredible honor for the second time—first in 2024 and now again in 2026—is truly special. But this year, it holds a meaning that is much deeper & closer to my heart. 🩷 I recently lost my beautiful mom, who was my mentor, my superhero, my biggest supporter, and the person who instilled in me the work ethic that has carried me throughout my career. When I received this recognition in 2024, she was so incredibly proud of me, and sharing that moment with her is a memory I will always treasure. 🩷 Now, receiving this honor without her physically here to celebrate with me makes it bittersweet, but it also makes it even more meaningful. I know that so much of who I am—my drive, my determination, my resilience, and my commitment to giving my very best—comes from her. Her influence is woven into everything I do, and I will carry her lessons, her love, and her strength with me always. ❤️ This recognition is not just a professional accomplishment for me; it’s also a reminder of the incredible woman who helped shape me into the person I am today. Mom, I hope I’m making you proud. This one is for you. 🕊️❤️ Congratulations to all the incredible women recognized this year who continue to break barriers, inspire others, and make a lasting impact in our industry. 🩷 I also want to give a heartfelt thank-you to Women in Sales and The ABM Agency for this incredible honor. 🙏 🥂 🎉 #WIS2026 #WomenInSales #100PowerfulWomenInSales #WomenEmpoweringWomen #WomenInLeadership

What a FANTASTIC surprise to come back to after being OOO! 🥹 💕 10/10 beats the mountain of tasks waiting for me! I'm SO excited and grateful to be named one this year's 100 Powerful Women in Sales for the second year in a row!! What makes this even more special is looking through the list and seeing SO many incredible women I know, love, admire, and have had the privilege of learning from along the way. I'm so lucky to call many of them my friends! These are the types of ladies who show up for each other. The ones who celebrate your wins, challenge you to be better, open doors for others, and genuinely want to see each other succeed. And if you've spent any time in sales, you know we could all use a few more people like that in our corner.
