Students and young professionals today have far greater access to learning in ADR, yet they seldom get to hear first-hand how a career in the field actually takes shape. Through #YoungGADRCareerTalks, we bring together professionals from institutions, academia and practice to share how they began, the choices that shaped their paths, and practical guidance for those starting out. The webinar is meant for students, young practitioners, young ADR members and anyone who wants to start a career in ADR. We are delighted to announce that Ms. Devna Arora, Deputy Head (South Asia) at the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), is joining us as a panellist. Prior to joining SIAC, Ms. Arora was a Partner at a leading law firm in New Delhi. She graduated from the National Law University, Delhi in 2013, and was awarded the International Arbitration Scholarship by Georgetown University, where she completed her LLM in International Legal Studies.
