For this story, we partnered with Base Idaho, an organization helping people of all abilities experience the outdoors, build confidence, and find belonging on the mountain. This past Friday, Athletic Club Boise was proud to recognize Jacki Briggs, Founder & Executive Director of Courageous Survival, as our newest Community Impact STAR honoree. 💜 Through Courageous Survival, Jacki works to connect Idaho’s first responders, military service members, veterans, and their families with mental health resources, peer support, and tools to build resilience. Her work is deeply personal, driven by a belief that no one should have to navigate trauma or mental health challenges alone. We’re proud to recognize Jacki and the incredible impact she and the Courageous Survival team are making across Idaho.

Our home is growing🏡 Thanks to the incredible support of this community, we’re excited to announce plans to expand Athletic Club Boise Stadium with 3,000 additional seats, an updated press box, a revamped beer garden and additional field suites. Boise, we’re moving up. ⚽️ Athletic Club Boise will join the USL Championship for the 2027 season, bringing Division II professional soccer to Idaho and matching our club against some of the country’s most established teams on a larger national stage. From a League One-record 6,750+ season ticket deposits before the first kick to sellouts at every home match and a record-setting crowd of 7,247, this next step was made possible by a community that has backed the club from day one. As we prepare for 2027, we’re also investing in our home with 3,000 additional seats and new training facilities built for the future of our men’s and women’s teams. A night to remember at Athletic Club Boise Stadium 🇨🇷🤝🇺🇸 Our first international friendly brought a special atmosphere to Boise as we welcomed Sporting FC for a night of international soccer at home. Thank you to our fans, Season Ticket Members, partners, staff and everyone who helped make this event possible. We’re proud to continue creating new experiences for our community and bringing the world of soccer to Idaho!

This past Saturday at our home match, Athletic Club Boise was proud to recognize Deanna Schmidt, Vice President of the Board of Directors for the Idaho Youth Sports Commission, as our newest Community Impact STAR honoree. The Community Impact STAR program celebrates individuals whose service creates a lasting impact across Idaho. Through her work with the Idaho Youth Sports Commission, Deanna is helping create more opportunities for young athletes to experience the many benefits of sport, both on and off the field. For Deanna, youth sports are about much more than wins and losses. They’re about building confidence, creating friendships, learning perseverance, and developing lessons that stay with young people long after the final whistle. Through coach education, scholarships, fundraising efforts, and programs like Sneakers for Kids, the Idaho Youth Sports Commission works to remove financial barriers and make sure every child has the opportunity to play, grow, and discover what sports can teach them. Join us in celebrating Deanna and the incredible work she continues to do to make youth sports more accessible and impactful for children across Idaho. 💜
