🚨 This is a big one. We’re hiring a VP of Product & Design at Serve Robotics — and this is one of those roles that will have a meaningful hand in shaping what comes next for us. We’re building autonomous robots that operate in the real world, alongside real people. That means Product & Design at Serve isn’t just about what happens on a screen. It’s about the entire experience — our robots, our customers, our partners, our operators, and the people who interact with Serve every day. We’re looking for a leader who can bring Product and Design together under one strong vision and help answer some big questions: 🤖 What should the next generation of experiences with autonomous robots look like? 🎯 Where should we place our biggest product bets? 🎨 How do we make incredibly complex technology feel simple, intuitive, and delightful? 📈 How do we balance what customers need today with what we need to build for tomorrow? 👥 And how do we build and develop an exceptional Product & Design organization to make it all happen? This person will work across Engineering, Operations, Data, Business Development, Program Management, Safety, Policy, and more to turn strategy into products and experiences that work at scale. We’re especially interested in leaders who have built and scaled complex technology products — robotics, autonomy, AI, mobility, logistics, hardware + software, or similarly challenging environments. Serve robots have rolled into the nation’s capital. 🇺🇸 We’ve teamed up with DoorDash to bring robot delivery to Washington DC's Dupont Circle and parts of downtown. Restaurants across the city, including Talkin' Tacos and other local favorites, are now getting their food to customers by Serve robot, whether it's a quick lunch or a late-night bite. We're proud to call DC the latest city in our growing delivery network.

More restaurants, more robot delivery: Meet Beacon 👋 Our new countertop device will give merchants a straight line to Serve robots, no changes needed to their existing back-of-house systems, so they can start getting orders to customers faster. How it works ⬇️

Moxi 2.0 is heading to hospitals nationwide to handle routine tasks so healthcare teams can focus on patients. 🏥 The next-generation hospital robot from Diligent Robotics, a Serve Robotics company, can process its surroundings 15x faster, which means it can keep up with crowded hallways during shift change. Moxi The Robot is built on deliveries completed across more than 25 healthcare facilities and is powered by Diligent's World Model, a learning system that uses each robot's experience to improve the entire fleet.
