  • YouTube is paying more than any SaaS company for RevOps roles this week.

The highest paying RevOps jobs aren't in SaaS this week: •ServiceNow: 5 roles, $191K avg, 5 of them remote •AWS: 4 roles, $147K avg •YouTube: 3 roles, $201K avg (highest pay in the cohort) •Smartly: 3 roles, all new this week Pharma and industrial names (Aurobindo, Carrier, Zurn Elkay) showing up in the top 8 shows how mainstream RevOps is becoming ServiceNow is the only company in the top with remote postings, while the rest have walked it back. If you're a RevOps candidate, your comp ceiling moved. YouTube and ServiceNow pay better than most mid-stage SaaS roles, and the industrials are now competitive too. Recruiters outside of SaaS will need to bid against those numbers or lose their top candidate.

  • Salesforce is requested in 3x as many AE jobs as HubSpot

Salesforce shows up in 32% of all B2B sales jobs. HubSpot is 2nd at 9%. I pulled 2,511 active B2B sales postings this week, and the tool data doesn't match the LinkedIn discourse: •Salesforce: 790 mentions (31.5%) •HubSpot: 236 (9.4%) •LinkedIn Sales Navigator: 123 (4.9%) •ZoomInfo: 102 (4.1%) •Gong: 83 (3.3%) HubSpot's been positioned as the Salesforce alternative for years, but hiring managers list Salesforce experience at more than 3x the rate. Companies that standardized on Salesforce aren't ripping it out. Why aren't we hearing about this more on LinkedIn? My guess is that enterprise and strat sellers using Salesforce are too busy selling instead of posting. What do you think, is this gap surprising anyone on LinkedIn?

  • 70% of RevOps openings are growth roles this week, RevOps hiring increased by 10% this week.

70% of this week's RevOps openings are growth hires, only 6% are backfills. Companies are building the function proactively across the board, here's the hiring intent breakdown from the 698 active roles: → Growth hires: 490 roles → Turnaround / fixing broken processes: 199 → Immediate fill / urgent backfill: 40 Growth-hire language signals scaling, the team is expanding ahead of demand. Turnaround language flags rebuild work where the prior team didn't deliver. Most of the demand is voluntary expansion, a meaningful minority is fix-it work, and almost nobody is fighting fires. For a RevOps candidate, the RevOps Report read is that the interview process at most of these companies will be longer and more deliberate than a backfill cycle. Hiring managers in growth-hire mode are picky because the seat doesn't yet exist, the work isn't yet defined, and the wrong hire compounds for two quarters. The 29% turnaround shows that a decent number are rebuilding. That's where the highest-leverage work probably lives this year.

  • Nearly half of all RevOps jobs are asking for Salesforce. Next is HubSpot at 20%. Which GTM tool do you think is best positioned for AI?

Salesforce’s moat may be cracking, but it’s still the top RevOps tool, and it isn’t close. This week’s RevOps Report tracked 663 active RevOps roles, and Salesforce showed up in 49% of them. •HubSpot 20% •Power BI 13% •Tableau 12% •Gong 10% AI-native tools are attacking their stack. Growth is slowing, and Data Cloud has gone through more rebrands than Madonna, but job postings show what companies actually need. And right now, RevOps teams are still hiring around Salesforce.

  • VP of RevOps salaries jumped $11K in a single week, median is $170K.   That's the biggest weekly jump at any RevOps level.   We tracked 3,140 active roles. 67% are growth hires, only 7% are urgent backfills. Top employers hiring this week:   Pearson - 104 roles ($173K avg) Amazon Web Services (AWS) - 99 roles ($153K avg) Deloitte - 64 roles ($205K avg)   And Salesforce still shows up in 34.7% of every RevOps posting, 1,090 total mentions. More than HubSpot, Power BI, and Tableau combined.   Their stock is down, but every RevOps team in America still has to know it.   Anyone seeing this in your own hiring pipeline?
