On Wednesday, Hansard Global plc (HSD.L) reported higher profit in the fiscal year of 2026, compared to the previous year.
Profit for the period went up to 6.5 million pounds or 4.7 pence per share from 1 million pounds or 0.7 pence per share a year ago.
Underlying operating profit rose to 5.2 million pounds from 4.3 million pounds last year.
IFRS Profit for the period increased to 6.5 million pounds from 1 million pounds previous year.
Investment income for the year went up to 197.8 million pounds from 32.3 million pounds last year.
Additionally, The Board has proposed a final dividend of 2.65 pence per share, maintaining the total dividend for the year at 4.45 pence per share. The dividend will be paid on November 12, 2026 to shareholders on the register at October 2, 2026.
The Group enters 2027 with stronger momentum, an improved operating platform, and a clear strategy. Its focus is on expanding distribution capacity, increasing adviser engagement, strengthening its market position, and improving service. The Group believes there is significant growth potential in its existing markets and expects successful execution of its strategy to support long-term growth in assets under administration, recurring revenue, and profitability.
On the LSE, the shares closed Thursday's trading 5.94 percent up at 53.50 pence.
