I have installed this app 10 separate times. I select create account and get a blank white screen that stays there permanently. I have an iPhone 14 with up to date software. I cannot create an account. Stupid BayCare which is a complete failure at my clinic (bills me instead of my secondary insurance routinely) has now deleted 14 years of my health records in follow my health which worked perfectly and has made it impossible to get it back and now has an app that doesn’t work to give me my new data. Needless to say that while I have loved my doctors I’m looking for doctors that aren’t associated with incompetent stupid unreliable BayCare that can’t even create a working app.

I don’t usually bother to review apps but I need to say that as a BayCare patient, this is a very poor service experience. As a result, I regret having my X-rays taken here. I should’ve gone elsewhere, regardless of location convenience for my doctor. I am the patient and there are plenty of in-network imaging providers in my area. All I want to do is get my results and this app doesn’t even work with the iOS Passwords app. FIX this BASIC User Experience issue - please & thank you
The worst healthcare portal

I never review apps but I’m a nurse and was trying to use the app to keep track of a loved one’s records. If I could give this zero stars I would. None of the test results come up for X-rays or echos etc. The lab test results pulls in pulse ox measurements for some reason?? You can’t see any progress notes. This app is utterly useless. You’re better off logging in online. Don’t even bother.
App is not allowing to login

I was using this app for last 3+ years but since last 4+ months I can’t login. Login tabs just never pops up, and in it place it continues going in circles indicating it is trying to complete loading. I called your IT and he basically brushed me off stating I am not accessing correct app and he only supports website.
